Частная усадьба «Урочище Багончик» находится при выезде из Ворохты в зоне заповедника, в окружении леса, недалеко от реки Прут, в 11 км от горы Говерла. Усадьба состоит из пяти отдельно стоящих двухэтажных коттеджей, каждый из которых поделен на два номера.
