I want to leave a review because many people are silent. We paid extra for the room, but it was dirty, the toilet stank. There was unsanitary conditions all around, there were dead flies and bugs on the windows and even near the receptionist, it wasn't even swept. The room was cleaned twice upon request, the towels were not changed once, the cabin was leaking, there was only boiling water in the sink and not always. The handle in the bathroom fell out. The territory is also dirty, the pools are dirty...The massage was late and after 11:00 neither the masseur nor we had any strength. The food was edible, but the sauerkraut and pickles are canned almost in the summer somehow strange. .
