Today I want to tell you about my vacation in the Teplitsa sanatorium. For people like me.
I will say right away that the resort is good, the staff is polite and very good-natured, well done girls! The base for treatment is excellent!
So, I was looking for a suitable sanatorium on the Internet, in all possible sources, according to reviews, for several months !! ! Cleanliness, location (I will not mention the treatment) were important. According to reviews, the cleanliness in this resort was rated 9 or higher 9, I don’t remember exactly, but high. I booked a 2-room junior suite, the best room in this resort, 1590 UAH per day, I went for 15 days. I ordered a transfer from the railway station of Mukachevo - 500 UAH.
The driver met me near the car, even helped to carry the bags, a very pleasant and friendly man, told everything on the way, made a mini tour ???? . The administrator issued (I didn’t ask for a spa card), the maid took me to the room, explained and showed everything, even insisted on helping to carry the bag, good job!
Number. This is a separate conversation. Yes, it is spacious, two-roomed (there is no door between the rooms, only a curtain), but....in a terrible state, broken skirting boards, somewhere even just holes instead of skirting boards, dust and dirt everywhere, in the toilet room - everything rests on “snot”, the hydromassage shower cabin is completely broken (well, only the shower works), everything is rusty, I don’t understand why it’s broken there (it’s just an accumulation of dirt), well, replace it with an ordinary cheap one than to keep this scrap metal, and “cleanliness” in toilet - it's just beyond words to describe, so I'm attaching a photo ???? .
On the first day, I wanted to sit on the balcony, but there was such a layer of dust on the chairs and on the railing of the balcony that I abandoned this idea (then, of course, I asked the maid to wipe it down). The price for a room in this condition is too high.
Audibility. You can hear everything in all nearby rooms, even in the room opposite! ! So I may not understand something, but if you came to rest, so be kind enough to rest normally, culturally, without shouting, slamming doors every 5 minutes, etc. I got the impression that I came to some kind of madhouse! Especially the room opposite, an aunt with two granddaughters, well, where do you take teenagers??? ? It's just a nightmare, neither the rest itself, nor the people. Or they stole a towel from someone in the corridor, they raised everyone on their “ears”, just a farce, honestly (and what sane person would have the idea to hang a towel on a dryer in the corridor? ).
Room cleaning. Cleaned up every day. But....again, "but"! They just wipe the floor (they don't vacuum, apparently they only clean rooms with a coating, they don't sweep), they take out the trash and bring toilet paper. Everything!! ! For 15 days I changed the bed 1 time and towels 2 times! The website of the resort says that towels are changed every 3 days, and bed linen every 6 days! Well, please stick with it! Moreover, one towel must always be carried with you for all water procedures.
WiFi is available in this room, fast, but after about 9 days, it suddenly evaporated, and became like everywhere else, very slow.
During the 15 days of my stay there were about 4 excursions, I signed up for one of them, but it was canceled ???? .
Food. During these 15 days in the dining room, I ate 4 times (not days), I ate lunch 4 times. Went in for breakfast once, read the menu, looked at the selection, turned around and left. The choice is very small. Can you imagine.
The so-called gymnastics hall - was once, for the second time the desire disappeared after seeing a gigantic cockroach crawling along the wall (the simulators are mostly non-working, apparently only for beauty, but it is not clear which one).
While in the sanatorium, I just counted the days until my departure home!
I was in March, snow fell, frost, but to go for treatment, you need to go outside, and after baths, steamed, you need to go outside, there are no transitions from building to building!
When you go to procedures, you always lie down on the couch after someone, and also someone after you, they don’t change anything, they don’t lay anything one-time! So even on arrival home, you need to go to the doctor and check if you have picked up anything!
UAH 23.000 was spent on a ticket for one. + transfer costs + cafe + paid procedures + tips for staff.
In general, I will not return here anymore, and I will not trust the reviews and ratings on the Internet and I do not advise you (I mean everything that has been said on the Internet).
