Hmmm ...I'm sorry I didn't pay attention to the hotel review before booking. Rested in Croatia, Krvavice. The road to Kiev is about 1980 km. We planned a route through Plitvice Lakes with a further stop near Mukachevo (as we break the road in half). I have long thought to visit this outflow, good thing right on the track. Before that, they had been to Slavske in the Pearl of the Carpathians 5 or 6 times - everything is fine there, except for 10 km of dirt-damaged access road from Skole.
On August 15, I called by phone on the website, ordered a room for the night from 18 to 19 August 2014. He asked for an email by phone and wrote a special confirmation letter. And when the letter was not answered, I called again the next day. I was confirmed that the room "Forest Rhapsody" with two extra beds for children for 200 UAH for me. No subscription required.
I think it's easy to imagine my feelings when at 1:30 on August 19, after 870 km behind the wheel with two small children and my wife, I was standing in front of the closed gates of the hotel calling and me, as it turns out later - it was the hostess Elvira, says that all rooms are occupied. She makes a surprised voice and says that she doesn't know who I was talking to (the voice on the phone is the same). That all rooms are rented on WEEK and they will not evict other tourists. Although, as I see it, there is a review from tourists added on August 19, who lived in a very similar room and just before August 17.

At night I was offered a single room for three for 1000 UAH. There was no answer to my question about where the fourth child would sleep. And it sounded clear, like blackmail, like I have nowhere to go.
But health allows - I was angry as hell and decided to go to Kiev.
In Stryi on WOG drank coffee, ate. From 6 to 8 am his wife changed the wheel. At 10.30 we were in Kyiv.
It seems that the hostess of the Rose of the Carpathians rents out numbers to those who rent them for a long time. At the same time, no agreements are being met.
You had a situation when our hotel in a hotel in Turkey was occupied - we were accommodated in a room class above for 2 days, until our room was vacated.
I think that any normal hotel would simply offer us a single room for the price that was agreed. But even here, in my opinion, they wanted to profit from me.

Tonight, August 19, I called from Kyiv and asked for the director's contacts, and it turned out that it was Elvira and the one with whom I had been communicating all this time. The only thing I heard was that we were very upset.

No guys - and I do not feel sorry for YOU. I rarely leave feedback.
But if you have such problems with ordering rooms, then I can easily believe all the other negative reviews about the service.
AND EVERYONE ELSE'S ADVICE - GO AROUND THE TENTH ROAD OF THIS HOTEL! ! ! !!
WHY NEED TO FEED SUCH SHAMELESS PIGS.
