"Relaxed" with husband and child in this hotel on a coupon from SuperDeal. Maybe that's why we were treated so horribly. But everything is in order.

I did not like the hotel. The area - yes, beautiful, well-groomed, lawns, thuja, etc. , but it is small, nowhere to walk, there is no bench and even more so a gazebo.
There is a constant smell of food in the hotel lobby and on the stairs. Is the hood not working or not at all. Smells like dining room.

And the food itself, unfortunately, is worse than the table. You won't believe it, but for the first time in my 30 years of life I have had a stomach ache every day. I have never encountered such food, neither in school canteens, nor in summer camps, nor in hostels or other hotels. Fat, tasteless, nauseating! In addition to the coupon for UAH 3.400. for 5 nights, we paid for food 6-year-old 150 UAH per day.

On the second day, after the child's nausea, I tried to return the rest of the amount, because the child can not just eat. We refused to return the money, but we were promised that we would agree on the menu. But no one asked or warned anything: did they bring something - either eat or throw away. The service is absolutely zero, there is no management. Customers are unimportant, the hotel does not aim to interest them for re-arrival. Without a hostess, no one knows anything at all and, sorry, is afraid to (sneeze) sneeze.
