We have been staying in Reykarz hotels for many years, this hotel for the second time. What I didn't like:
1. The swimming pool, sauna and the entire spa are closed from 28.10. According to the staff, the filter in the pool broke. But why then the sauna does not work, it is not clear. Also, vacationers from the spa informed that the spa was disconnected from the water supply specifically due to constant complaints of spa guests about the lack of hot water, because all the hot water "went" to the spa, and on the 2nd and 3rd floor it simply does not enough.
