Rested with my husband from 1 to 10 December. We were at the spa. When we were about to go to dinner, it turned out that sneakers had been stolen from my husband in the locker room. We hoped that the staff would somehow solve this problem behind the scenes and return the sneakers to us, but this did not happen, so we had to call the police after 4 hours. Manager Yury called us 3 hours later and said that the administration is not responsible for the fact that we did not put the sneakers in the box, but left them under the bench. I would like to note that the boxes in the locker rooms are small, so almost everyone leaves their shoes under the benches, even employees. As a result, we had to solve problems with the police and staff for half of our vacation. The sneakers were never returned to us, the money too.
