The hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms are tastefully decorated. There are several points: (1) rooms of the superior and classic categories differ dramatically - the difference in cost is 150 UAH (15%), and if you choose the classic, you will not get even 30% of the amenities that guests in superior rooms. (2) many complain about the food, but I would not agree. The food is quite tasty and a normal choice. The staff is friendly and professional, although this time, unfortunately, met with a boorish attitude. But I sincerely hope that my favorite hotel will not lose face : )
