I rested at the Reikartz Karpaty hotel with my 11-year-old son at the beginning of January 2017. At the station, the driver from the hotel met us and drove us in 40 minutes. The room was given around 12:00. Moreover, at the reception it was recorded somewhere that I had called them earlier and asked about the presence of a kettle in the room. There is no kettle for standards, but it was politely provided to us and it was very nice. The room is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that there is only one free socket, which made it difficult to charge phones and heat the kettle.
They were very satisfied with the food. There are always vegetables, meat, and fish. Without problems, you can eat yourself and feed the children. The waiters try very hard, quickly clean the tables, replenish stocks of dishes that are over. Well done! I was pleased that until January 6 there were evening entertainment - programs, which made it possible not to sit the whole evening in the room.
It's nice that the room rate includes access to the pool and sauna. A towel is given there, which is also a plus, since you don’t have to take your own and then think about where to dry it. The only thing that sometimes got in the way was that some of the pool goers didn't empty it after their hour, so there were too many people. The administrator had to intervene. But this is on the conscience of the hotel guests themselves.

Not far from the hotel there is a ski slope - near the hotel Extrim. Prices for lifts and rental, in my opinion, are high, given that the lift is towed and old, often breaking down. And the skis don't even come with a helmet. But this claim is no longer against Reikartz. But it would be worth voicing these prices on the site so that people know what they can count on.
