We stayed on the May holidays of 2010. The hotel is new, very nice interiors. 2 units are already in operation. The Scandinavia building was opened this year, a log cabin, with interiors in purple tones, beautiful furniture, new, good plumbing, etc. The central building is also very worthy. We lived in a superior, large room, dressing room, bathroom, minibar, bathrobes and other attributes of a good hotel. We did not even expect that such places already exist in Ukraine.
The territory is not large, but there is a place for parking and for children to play - they made a playground, though you can add a sandbox and all sorts of climbing frames, otherwise it’s not enough for a child.
A big plus is that all games for children and adults are free of charge: ping-pong, badminton, scooters for children, balls. Also in the lobby there are pencils, plasticine, chess, backgammon. True, a big request is to update all this, otherwise the backgammon cubes were lost, and everything was slowly over.

The minus of the hotel is the food for breakfast and lunch. Breakfasts are monotonous: sliced sausage and cheese, vegetables, sausage or sausages, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, pancakes and cheesecakes. Porridge is always different: sometimes liquid semolina, sometimes with lumps. The breakfast chef is not very good, obviously. Not enough fruits and pastries, the bread is very average, not tasty. Lunch - generally not very successful: one first, 2 salads and 2 options for side dishes and meat. Or chicken, or pork with potatoes, pilaf. Once there was a fish - not very much. A very serious mistake is that at the end of the breakfast or lunch time, the food ends, and if you come 30-40 minutes before dinner, there may be nothing! No drinks, no food! I understand that it depends on the change of waiters. But this clearly needs to be corrected - I have not seen anywhere else (Turkey, Poland, Croatia, Latvia, Cyprus, etc. ) that half an hour before the end of the announced breakfast, the restaurant was cleaned and not allowed to eat!
The staff is friendly and polite. They are all so beautiful and attentive. But there are many mistakes in the work: at the reception they are not very competent, they may not know the answers to questions about the cost of renting equipment, payment procedures, etc. At the same time, they can offer extra services: bring medicines from the city, etc. In the restaurant, everyone is polite and attentive, they try and behave with dignity. It is especially good at dinner - here the cook is different, and the food is delicious, even very good. But the prices are high, at the level of Kiev. In neighboring hotels it is completely different, everything is simple there, but the prices are 2 times lower.
It is especially worth mentioning about cleaning - there are still maids to teach and teach. They forget a lot, do not vacuum, rubbish on the floor, do not wash glasses, may not add toilet paper, do not fold things, etc. I recommend that you form mandatory cleaning rules and teach staff, otherwise it somehow does not correspond to the level of the hotel itself. At the same time, everyone is very polite, smiling and attentive.
We were with a child, and it is especially good that the hotel is small, everything is in sight, the manager is always in public, they try very hard, they are interested in whether everything is ok. Ours walked around the hotel (6 years), and everywhere he was help and joy.
For babies, beds and high chairs are provided in the restaurant.

I would like to wish to improve the cuisine and the competence of the staff, add entertainment (for example, a tour guide, otherwise the maximum is to call the neighboring hotel and offer to go with them), make a covered veranda so that you can sit outside in warm weather if it rains (we had rainy days for 9 days, and it was stuffy and cramped to sit in the lobby), you can have an indoor pavilion for table tennis. There were also difficulties with the Internet - foreign traffic is bad, the Internet is only in the lobby (this is due to the complexity of the hotel design), once it turned off altogether. We wish to improve the speed and stability.
In general, I recommend to everyone, a very good and pleasant, homely hotel, if you omit the little things. I wrote all the comments for the management, because if the hotel is improved, it will generally shine, we will only recommend this chain.
