Отель великолепен The hotel is great

First, what I didn't like:
1) a restaurant. Our ticket included breakfast, once we ventured for a set lunch. Breakfast is acceptable. But the rest - I do not recommend. Nearby there is a beautiful Smerekovy dvir and Htrim, where you can eat deliciously and according to your choice. The price difference is about 30%. But the taste of the food is incomparable.
2) mini-bar. Well, very high prices. We are in Ukraine, the order of prices for bars is known. Even with the extra charge of the bar - the neighbors are almost half the price. Sadly. If the price differed from the store by 15-20%, I would not have noticed. And so, it’s cheaper to bring your own bars and beer or look around
3) the indoor pool is included in the package, but it must be signed up every day and is limited in time to 1 hour. That is, during the busy period of the hotel, you will be able to spend 1 hour a day in it. Not much : )

4) only 1 person is engaged in entertainment, and this includes walking tours, shooting, and a rope park. During our rest period, the instructor fell ill, and we didn’t have time to do anything except shoot for half an hour : (
5) the instruction in the safe looks very solid, laminated, but, in my opinion, not for this safe, because it is silent about a couple of important steps to close the safe. It would be better if it was on a leaf, but correct.
Now for the beauty : )
1) Very polite and helpful staff, especially the reception. From our balcony, a thing was blown onto the roof of the sauna, they helped like family : ) They practically saved us. The nurse who does the hydromassage is a very nice and kind woman.
2) the pools are both wonderful, the view of the mountain from them is breathtaking. You can admire the beautiful view even from the gym
3) very quiet and peaceful all around, especially in the evenings.
4) the rooms are very spacious, the view from the balcony is something.
We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
It was 100% relaxing.
