We were going to go to the sea, but accidentally saw information about this hotel on the Internet and a salt water pool and children's animation changed our plans.
We spent a wonderful two weeks here!
We went by train, ordered a transfer, it costs 150 hryvnia. Everything was no problem: we were met on time, the luggage was helped to carry, we had a pleasant conversation on the way. True, we arrived earlier than necessary, check-in at 14, we were already at 9. Luggage can be left at the reception. In the time before settling everywhere looked around. The staff tried to settle us as quickly as possible, the room was ready already at 12. The staff is generally excellent, everyone is very friendly, always ready to help, thank you very much) When paying for the room, they received a Reikartz card, which was credited as a bonus of 10% of the payment for the room. These bonuses can be spent on paid services at the hotel, at the restaurant.

We lived in Scandinavia on the ground floor. I read here about poor soundproofing, did not notice this. The rooms are good, everything you need is there. If you need an iron, they will bring it. There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the corridor, umbrellas near the door to the street. Cleaning every day. In the two weeks that we were there, the bed was also changed 4 times.
The hotel was never boring. I was with two children, they were delighted with the animation. Huge hello to the animator Vova! Children still remember him) For children there is a children's room with a large labyrinth, children's bicycles (free of charge), wheelchairs, a rope park (we climbed every day))), an inflatable trampoline, crossbow shooting (for those who are older), a room with computer games, table tennis, air hockey. Everything (except shooting) is free!
There are also two pools - one outside, small, with natural heating, and one indoor with salt water, near the pool there is a sauna. You need to sign up for the pool, many vacationers signed up for both morning and evening) We somehow came out of schedule, nothing too, they let us in))) We also went to the gym, solarium. The use of all this is included in the price of the room. There is also a good massage therapist in the spa.
Breakfast is included in the price and they are excellent. Vegetables, fruits, cereals, milk, garnish, meat, various cuts, omelettes, pancakes, cheesecakes. In general, everything is varied and edible.
We also ordered complex lunches sometimes (45 hryvnias), we also liked it, it was tasty and the portions were large. Somehow they decided to have a bite to eat just on the menu, but they were not very satisfied - it was expensive, long and not very tasty (okroshka was like a salad was just poured with kefir... ). Also, sometimes there are problems with service, some waiters slow down... But this did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel.
A couple of times we went to the area with a jacuzzi, billiards and a sauna. The cost of an hour is 20 UAH. from the number!

The location of the hotel is generally quite quiet, the nearest village is about 15 minutes on foot, there is nowhere to spend money. Except in nearby cafes. We most often went to Smerekovy Dvir - it's cozy there, prices are not high, there is a pond with trout, there are a lot of activities for children (a playground, a trampoline). good staff).
Also walked around the neighborhood, beautiful, quiet. All living creatures crawl, run, jump - lizards, grasshoppers, fireflies) The air, of course, is amazing!
In general, we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Recommend! )
