The hotel is just great! We had a Duplex Suite - everything is just great: cool furniture, good breakfasts, sauna and gym included in the price of the room, a gift in the room (spirits, chocolate, beer, nuts, juices, etc. ) and free transfer from Volovets (we booked a room under the Reikartz VIP special offer). The staff is very competent and polite. In general, in Transcarpathia all people are very friendly and hospitable. This hotel should be chosen by those who want to get away from civilization: around the mountain and several hotels nearby and that's it. . . But it’s better to come by car, since there are apparently problems with transport in Zhdeniyevo: we saw the bus once in four days, there was no taxi at all (unlike Polyana, where there are a lot of all kinds of transport - buses, minibuses, taxis). The restaurant is not bad, but the menu is rather poor: all the dishes are very simple, but tasty and inexpensive compared to Russian prices. In restaurants nearby (they were in Smerekov Dvor), the prices are lower, but the service is terrible: they waited for the order for more than an hour and a half, the dishes were brought in parts: a separate side dish, they didn’t wait for the second one at all, paid up and left. The staff at "Smerekov Dvor" is simply boorish: drunk, unkempt waiters, apparently not fond of Russians (the first time I encountered this in Western Ukraine). And the rest, in the "Carpathians" everything is super - I really did not want to leave!! !
