There are no snacks - snacks - ice cream - snacks for alcohol at the bar! They don't give anything. The food hours are very inconvenient. Breakfast from 7 to 10:30. Dinner from 13 to 14:30 is only an hour and a half, it's terrible, everyone from the sea is hungry and you have to stand in line and have time to eat, apparently without chewing. Dinner from 19 to 21.
Alcohol was normal, beer, strong drinks, cocktails, tea and coffee, everything was good at the bar.
3. Animation. Practically not, at lunch there was music by the pool. In the evening from 8 to 10. Disco. We lived in a room by the pool and the sound was like a disco in the room. You won't be able to sleep before 10pm.

Beach. This is darkness! There are no changing rooms, toilets, water from the hotel and drinks, too, of course not. But even this is not the worst thing, there is such a staircase to the sea that a person without physical training is simply not able to master it! Let me remind you, we are with two children, one in our arms. We carry water with us, sometimes we walked with a stroller. For me, the mood was spoiled at the mere thought of the beach.

Food according to the contingent: everything is so peppered and oversalted that it is impossible. But this is not enough for everyone. There is a constant shortage of water, tea bags and coffee bags (only for breakfast, lunch and dinner - only water from the cooler). The cleaner should be dragged by the ears to the room and indicate what he should do. The beach is one, sandy, beautiful, but completely occupied by Arabs. It was possible to lie down quietly only in those happy days when one party has already left, and fresh has not arrived yet.
The beach is far away, it is very difficult to walk in the sun, the bus every day at 10 am (but you always have to wait until 10 am.

Guide Bahr is a separate story from the hotel, but still I will say. He behaves arrogantly, is rude, tells the Egyptians about you in his native language and nods at you, then makes a lazy turn in your direction, which, they say, you want. In connection with the departure (we have no problems), he said that we were not needed here and that we should go from Egypt, a hint of quarantine in Ukraine.

Towels in the room - do not give the impression of being washed, dust on shutters, windows, furniture, no disinfection, blankets torn and not washed, just like small pillows - pillowcases from previous tourists, carpet on the floor - all stained and dusty. Why is he needed there? A breeding ground for dirt and germs.

Bar - they only drank juice, then allergy pills, because it is made of powders, plastic glasses and tea, red juice paints, although the true color is transparent like glass.
Pluses - they cook deliciously, but this is the merit of the chefs! The gardener is the only one and you can see how he works, a lot of greenery, flowers and everything is in excellent condition. Corridor - we had three, they changed towels for us, soap, toilet paper, too, once the sheets were changed when they cleaned the room, as it was all stained with blood from mosquito bites. Everything is in place, nothing is missing! We are very grateful to these people.
