We arrived at the hotel at 10:00. We didn’t get breakfast (because we thought that it was until 10:00, but then we found out that breakfast was from 06:30 to 10:30).
SETTLEMENT. It was the fastest check-in in our life. 7 minutes. And it's not a joke! ! We did not have time to enter the hotel and seat our tired *ops on chic sofas (in parallel, looking at the chic hotel lobby with open mouths) - Guest Relation Manager Anna immediately approached us (by the way, most of the Russian speakers). Filled out questionnaires in a minute and we were immediately given keys and cards for towels. We looked for the room ourselves, the suitcases were brought to the rooms - after 10 minutes.
We had rooms 1217 and 1215 with a sea view (the part where they do kitesurf). It's on the outskirts of the hotel but the location is perfect. Emerald sea view, silence in the evenings, at the same time, walk 2 minutes along the building to the elevators or go down the stairs on the other side and immediately go out into the patio to the pool and the main restaurant.
ROOM. We had a nice, spacious room with one huge bed. Everything is in working order, a little shabby mini bar (but no matter how cold or hot it is). The bathroom is really in a very tired state, red. Washbasin, toilet and bidet all good. Shampoo, shower gel, hats, cloths, three towels, bathrobes, slippers. A huge balcony with two chairs and a table (the cushions on the chairs are a little sun-bleached). In terms of cleanliness - the surfaces are all clean, but in the corners, if you look closely, then of course it is very dusty. My lip gloss rolled under my bed and it stayed there.

We ordered, we were cut / cleaned and packed in a tray under the film to take to the beach. A La Carte restaurants (there are only 4 of them) - delicious, interesting. But comparing with the Sentido Mamlouk hotel, it is not comparable. In Mamlouk they are simply TOP.
RESTAURANTS/BARS on the beach. There is one bar on the beach with drinks and ice cream (it's amazingly delicious, by the way).
There is also Azur Bar between the heads of the building and the beach. There are also drinks and during the day burgers, potatoes, hot dogs. Here is a nuance - the policy of the hotel prohibits taking food to the beach. Eat only in the cafe at the table. But, if according to the Extra Charge menu (for additional payment), then you can take it out. This is strange ...we usually don’t go to lunch, we always have something to eat on the beach and it’s great before dinner. Towels can be taken near the pool or on the beach (only 3 points found). There was almost no wind, on the first day it was only cloudy. And so calm almost. We bought and dived a lot. Tanned very cool, evenly. The sun is very active.
STAFF. Honest, correct and professional. Every day they call the room, or they come up on the beach and check if everything is in order.

I see no reason to be there if there is such a gorgeous sea. But in the summer, it’s probably super, the pools are large, deep, for children with inflatable slides.
PURCHASES. There is a shopping center, two floors of shops. There is a pharmacy at the entrance to the hotel. Fruit is available in the dining room. Of course the prices are higher than in Hurghada. But a taxi in two directions is $20-30. If you go, then buy already in full at a time. We bargained and bought everything we needed at the hotel. Mango $6, strawberry $8, pantogar $9, claritin $7, Turkish delight $3-5, halva $4-7.
CONS OF THE RETAIL. There are no big cons, it's true. But there are some things we noticed:
1. Transfer 2 hours. Yes, the hotel is located 50 km from the airport. But 2 hours with a stop at 5 hotels where the guide leaves and disappears for 15-20 minutes. This is a very long time after the flight.
Although they may not immediately settle, it is better to sit in the lobby or lie down on the beach.
2. We were denied lunch upon check out. We had check-out before 12:00, check-out from the hotel at 14:00 (actually at 14:30). Plane at 17:30. When they came to hand over the keys to the counter - we were told that dinner was $ 30 per person ! ! If it is correct and honest, then everything is correct. We left before lunch. But, probably, it is necessary to inform about it WHEN SETTLING. Or the day before, when the guide informs you about the departure time - so say so. And if a family with children, for example. And they will be hungry. It’s normal for us, but not everyone had breakfast that day either, because they expected to have lunch before the flight. A subtle moment, of course, but still.
3. You can’t eat burgers on the beach at lunchtime. Well, it’s the same in all hotels, it’s convenient ...I took a burger, went to eat by the sea and chilly further. At first I thought maybe not to litter on the beach ....but it can be paid! Weird, but okay...

RESULTS. Great hotel to return to. We love Egypt in January after the New Year holidays. When there are few people, comfortable temperature, clear sea. The hotel is a work of art. The friendly staff at the reception arranged everything quickly, the luggage was delivered directly to the room, a quick response to problem situations and their prompt solution. Russian/Ukrainian is not very good, English is very good.
2. Standard room (all rooms with terraces / balconies) - rating by number 7 (on a scale of 10):
We had a standard room on the ground floor overlooking the hotel grounds. The room has two single beds (one and a half) separately, but they could be moved if desired, we did not do this. The room itself is spacious, everything you need is there (hairdryer, kettle, minibar, air conditioning) wardrobes, bedside tables, chairs.
Recommendations for the room: check all the equipment for its operation; hair dryer, kettle, minibar, air conditioning - be sure to do this when you check in. The hair dryer was changed in our room and the minibar was repaired. The air conditioner is noisy - especially in LOW mode. In the closet with hangers, check all the hangers as they come across broken and loose with protruding nails (be careful not to ruin clothes). Recommendations for choosing a room if you are with children under 7+ years old, then it is advisable to choose the first floor, where the terrace overlooks a soft beautiful green lawn, which is very pleasant to walk, run and even lie down, if children over 8 years old we recommend taking higher floors. Regarding the view of the sea or the garden - yes, with a view of the sea it makes sense if the floor is not the first!
There are few sockets in the room, we took an extension cord for 3 (sockets), so if there are a lot of gadgets, we recommend taking a tee or an extension cord with at least 3 sockets.

This is fantastic, this is a music hall, a gallery and a museum in which spending time is a pleasure, a lot of different paintings and statues, frescoes, wall paintings and much more, every day you meet and see constantly something new and new.
In the evenings, the pianist Elena plays wonderful music, special thanks to her for such a pleasure from her performance of various compositions. My wife and I are still impressed.
There is a club for 16+, where you can relax watching football or play billiards on comfortable sofas (American 2 tables).

A walk on a boat (yacht) takes almost twice as much per person than neighboring similar yachts 500 meters along the beach walk, learned about this from other families who did not buy at the hotel and shared information. We ourselves bought a boat trip at the hotel, because we still didn’t know that it could be 2 times cheaper, but to be honest, I don’t regret the money spent, we were very satisfied!

The friendly staff at the reception arranged everything quickly, the luggage was delivered directly to the room, a quick response to problem situations and their prompt solution. Russian/Ukrainian is not very good, English is very good.

We had a standard room on the ground floor overlooking the hotel grounds. The room has two single beds (one and a half) separately, but they could be moved if desired, we did not do this. The room itself is spacious, everything you need is there (hairdryer, kettle, minibar, air conditioning) wardrobes, bedside tables, chairs.
Recommendations for the room: check all the equipment for its operation; hair dryer, kettle, minibar, air conditioning - be sure to do this when you check in. The hair dryer was changed in our room and the minibar was repaired. The air conditioner is noisy - especially in LOW mode. In the closet with hangers, check all the hangers as they come across broken and loose with protruding nails (be careful not to ruin clothes). Recommendations for choosing a room if you are with children under 7+ years old, then it is advisable to choose the first floor, where the terrace overlooks a soft beautiful green lawn, which is very pleasant to walk, run and even lie down, if children over 8 years old we recommend taking higher floors. Regarding the view of the sea or the garden - yes, with a view of the sea it makes sense if the floor is not the first!
There are few sockets in the room, we took an extension cord for 3 (sockets), so if there are a lot of gadgets, we recommend taking a tee or an extension cord with at least 3 sockets.
