Cleaning was daily, I don’t know exactly what they did, apparently, they remade and straightened the bed, wiped the dust, the toilet. Change of linen after 3 days. We are satisfied with the cleaning, a large shower towel and a small one were changed every day. There was something like a dryer in the shower-toilet room. Wi-fi in the room catches perfectly, we were in the main building, where the reception is, our friends in another building - they said that there was also Wi-Fi. 70% of the staff speaks and understands Russian, no language problems at all. The staff is very friendly! We had a "breakfast + dinner" - a buffet, in the morning from 7 to 10 and dinner from 18 to 21. I liked the food. We went to the pool (free of charge) 1 time, it was not particularly up to it - we rode a lot on the mountain, there are 4 saunas (Finnish, Turkish, aroma and Roman-cold). Towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge at the pool. Small gym. The distance to the ski lift is about 10-15 minutes walk in snowboard boots, but from 8 to 12 in the morning and from 15-18 there is a Mercedes bus from the hotel every half hour to the gondola lift and back. To the main street with a shop, st. "Pirin" - also 10-15 min. walk. For us it was not a problem. Prices in stores for clothes are about the same as in St. Petersburg, for snowboard equipment - a little cheaper. The mountain is beautiful, from the Todorka peak to the city - the gondola lift, if you drive slowly - it takes about 30 minutes, about 10-12 km. The resort is good!

We rested at the hotel in January 2013. The hotel is located near the highway, on the mountain, but far from the ski lift. There is a bus from the hotel to the ski lift from 8.30 to 12.00 and back to the hotel from 15.00 to 18.00 with an interval of 30 minutes. Equipment can also be rented at the hotel, but the choice is not very large.

The hotel rooms are normal, there is even a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle and utensils. Good spa area, you can swim in the pool and take a steam bath. We ordered only breakfasts at the hotel, dined in the town - there are many mehans (local restaurants), I advise you to try the local cuisine. In general, the rest is good, but far to go to the hotel. If you go by taxi, then from the center 10 leva (the exchange rate is approximately 1 euro = 1.92 leva).
