At the Kaila Beach Hotel, a representative of the Ponto MK store approached us and offered to go to their store to look at leather and fur products. It was not interesting for us and therefore we politely said we would come to you again if we decide to go. After that, he asked us every day if we were going or not. We've always said no. Then he seemed to turn on the "pity" mode, telling us that his salary depends on it, etc. , that we can just come, have a look, drink delicious Turkish coffee and leave.

I bought a fur coat supposedly from a chinchilla for $ 750, but it turned out that it was a rabbit. I didn’t fumble in this, I bought a fur coat spontaneously. I thought that there were second-rate chinchillas and the price was adequate for such a short fur coat, but it turned out that chinchilla fur would not cost so much even at cost. Later I googled everything and realized that I was fucked ...by the Turks. I hate them now. The seller assured that this was natural chinchilla fur and the price was so ridiculous, he didn’t really want to bargain.

We rested with a friend at the GREEN LIFE Alanya / Kestel from July 26 to August 2.2020. We learned about the Ponto MK store from a representative at the Murata hotel. He told us that from the store there is a free service from the hotel and back to the hotel. The organization of the trip was professional, we were completely delighted! We arrived at the store in 15 minutes by car, at the entrance we were assigned a seller and we went up to the departments. There are a lot of leather goods - from jackets to sheepskin coats .

Do not under any circumstances go there. Their representative sent us from the hotel there by car and said they would bring us back by car. Tried several options. I liked one. The light there is very dim, it’s really impossible to see and they don’t give you a special look, several people attack you at once. Bought a jacket, respectively bargained. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I found a hole on the sleeve and a scratch on the front. At the end, which, like the director agreed on a price, gave me his number, if someone needs it, let them contact me.

Never visit this store under any circumstances. This is the worst service on the coast of Alanya. The most disrespectful attitude towards customers, fraud, overpricing, goods of poor quality. They do not want to resolve disputes, they refuse to return money for low-quality goods. The phone number of the head is a military secret, and the managers themselves do not decide anything. So many nerves, horror. I never thought that such a huge store can not value its reputation. If you don't want problems, don't come to this store, it just sucks.

We went to one leather clothing store, it was next to our hotel. They didn’t want to buy anything, just to look, I looked at the jacket, it was big, it was small for my husband, we decided to leave, but then the seller began to actively advertise the store, it was this PONTO. He said we will deliver in 5 minutes, we have all sizes, we agreed. He sat down, said something to the driver, and we drove off, everything looked strange, but kind of hospitable, until he got out of the car and waved to us.

I'll start by saying that I have been working in the service industry for 12 years and have never seen such an attitude. Our guide told us at the beginning of our holiday about the possibility of going to the shopping center (well, we thought the shopping center was like ours in Russia - the departments are different, etc. ), we of course agreed, we expected to shop, look after gifts, etc. We sit on the bus and bring us to the fur and leather store (as if we didn’t need it), well, okay, we thought, we’ll see, they immediately assigned the seller to us, I can’t say anything bad about him, polite, etc.

Very large store, very large selection of fur and leather. Prices, of course, are very high, but it is not necessary to look at them. And you have to bargain, they make very big discounts. My wife and I bought two jackets: one she bought for herself, one for me, the price tag was about 4.000 euros. We bargained to the last, eventually bought jackets for about 400 euros. The store staff is very friendly. Many speak Russian. In general, I want to say thank you to the store, to say thank you to all the staff in general.

We got to Ponto MK store due to active campaigning of the representatives of the company - Anar and Yashar. The guys do their job well - they explained what kind of company and the features of the store, they wrote it down for a specific date. Delivered to the store in a comfortable minibus, where Russian-speaking consultants offered a choice of several options for jackets, tried on most of them...we bought jackets for ourselves, and only then she did too ...From the starting price, they made a very solid discount, you have to bargain there .

Good day to all. We read the reviews about the Ponto store and were surprised by what they wrote. Are you people even people? . When we rested at the Starlight Hotel, in the month of July, we were offered various shopping by many, both guides and factory workers. After reading the reviews of those and those, we could not decide for a long time. (a lot of dirt has been written about everyone). And we decided to check for ourselves where it is better. We also went from the guide to their store (prices, at the final price, are high and there are few goods, but you can and can choose) Then we went from Sultan (Ponto's beach worker) to Ponto's store in Konakli.
