I have a rest with my family in Starlight in Kyzlgach. We went to see the store from the factory in Alanya. There are novelties on the ground floor, but the prices are European, they don’t want to bargain normally, they are looking for fools. The third floor sucks, the models are five years old, not even worth looking at. The manager and the owner allegedly did not even offer even tea. Don't waste your time, the store sucks. The attitude towards people is the same. Decided that let them gyzut finger.→

The store in which one continuous scam with sales. I was with my husband, bought a fur coat and a vest. Paid $1500. because we both do not understand furs and the quality of customer processing is honed to the maximum, returning home we came to our senses when it was very late. There are no complaints about the vest, but the fur coat, which, although without any flaws, presented as an alleged variety of chinchilla, turned out to be a Rex rabbit. Now I understand, of course, that they themselves were fooled, but nevertheless, I want to get something better for my money, I understand that the price of such a purchase is two, or even three, less.→

Disgusting store

Like all tourists, my husband and I came in a great mood to see a fur coat and a jacket. I will not repeat myself about the inflated prices for European tourists and how they give you a discount, all this is a lie and in the end you buy a product no more than its real value. But that wasn't what angered me. In general, having chosen a fur coat for themselves, even in the store they found a marriage in it. The so-called owner said that he would order the same one for me at a factory in Istanbul, a new one would arrive and I would pick it up.→

My mother and her friend went to this store on May 7.2018. The choice is there, as in all Turkish stores. the quality is not bad, but the PRICES ...They looked after a jacket for $ 300, for which there were no funds with them, and the "kind" sellers and even the "shop owner" convinced them to take it on credit. At the same time, my mother paid 3.000 and her friend 5.000 rubles in advance. At the same time, the scheme is as follows - they come home, transfer money to their account and call their store.→

GO AWAY!!!

On this shopping center tour, I was issued a guide from the tour operator Jazz Travel (never cooperate with this tour operator). I wanted to buy a couple of leather bags! In the shopping center they started offering me fur products, there were no good bags there, choosing a fur vest, they were surprised by the prices three to four times higher than in Russia, they explained that these are prices for Europeans and I need to bargain, they called the director of the shopping center with whom I bargained, knowing the prices for such product in Russia and assuming that in Turkey I should buy this vest cheaper than here, I named the price for which I was ready to buy this vest, he finally agreed! Arriving at the hotel and trying on a new thing, I found a marriage, a hole under the hood .→

Bad service experience. I will never return.

Stayed in September 2017. On the penultimate day of departure, we decided to use the remaining money to look after something made of leather. Products. There was a representative next to the hotel, he told us that the taxi was coming, picking up, the manager was working with us there. If nothing is to our liking, we will be taken back. In short, there is no obligation. What to lose decided to see, and what if you like. We were taken to a 3 storey store. The choice is huge. For every taste, only one minus the prices are strange, cosmic.→

My family and I rested in Alanya at the end of July 2017, on the advice of the manager Ivruz, we visited the PonteMK store. bought 2 jackets and 1 fur coat with a good discount (with delivery) to Kazakhstan. It will not be about products, since the same +/- models hang in all stores, but about the quality of service in this store. I have something to compare. What management, such and employees in general, so it makes no sense to say that it will be better in another store of this network. Many who traveled to Turkey, one way or another visited such establishments, should understand the phased service. Who does not know briefly: choose a model, the seller gives you a discount, of course you don’t like it, it’s expensive, then the name is Chef, who introduces himself as the store director.→
