We went on July 13 ourselves without an excursion to the Ponto store. Just a nightmare! At first everything was positive, we were accompanied by a consultant, we chose a pair of leather jackets, the prices were cosmic about $ 2.000, but we were immediately told that these prices were not for us We asked to tell us what the prices are, he took us and wrote the price of $ 490, we said thank you, we will keep it in mind (because firstly we didn’t have so much money with us and we didn’t count on such an amount) They wanted to leave, they asked where the exit was, they began to tell us why you are doing this and did not answer where the exit is We started looking for him, they followed us, then the “director” came out with a threatening look and asked what price we were counting on, and we were already in such a state that we just wanted to run away from there.

Well, friends, hello everyone! I read the reviews here, let me put in my 5 cents. We visited Ponto at the very beginning of July 2019, a representative approached us on the beach, signed up for the time exactly at which he arrived and took us to the store. Upon arrival, we were assigned a salesman - Azerbaijani Sadat - a very sweet and knowledgeable lady of slightly Balzac age. We voiced our wishes to her - a men's winter jacket and two women's demi-season jackets for my wife and eldest daughter.

Visited the Ponto MK store in Konakli (Turkey, Alanya) with a friend in June 2019. From the outside, the store is very remarkable, I’ll just say it’s big and beautiful. Inside, everything is also very chic and a huge selection of quality goods. Comfortable soft sofas and things are hung according to style and season. As soon as we entered the store, we were given a Reshad sales assistant. He spoke good Russian, was very helpful and nice. He filled our stay in this store with attention, and smiles.

We came to Alanya specifically for a jacket, we got to the Ponto MK store in the village of Konakli on our own, without guides. To begin with, they started selling us everything, although the criteria for the right jacket were announced. But it was even fun when instead of a leather jacket they put a scary felt coat on you and say that it couldn’t be better) In the end, I chose a jacket, but they didn’t have a size. To which they told me, it’s not a question, we are a factory, we will sew and bring it in two days, give an advance payment and everything will be fine, on October 11, at any convenient time, you will pick up the finished thing.

They called us there to walk around the mall. They brought winter jackets to the store, the price tags do not match, you need to bargain. We picked up a jacket, decided to think it over, did the purchase cost 4.000 taking into account the bargain? with our money, as a result, the DIRECTOR (as he introduced himself) began to ask the same question with a raised tone “WILL YOU TAKE OR NOT? ! "After the third time, they said "no thanks", to which they heard in response, "GET OUT OF HERE, WHAT THE HELL AM I SPENDING TIME WITH YOU" Completely inadequate.

We bought a "tour" from the tour operator (a tour of Alanya). And instead of one of the inspection points, we were taken to this store as a "surprise" ...A kind uncle who spoke Russian very well assured that the price on the labels was a mere formality and we, as tourists, would be given a discount of at least fifty%. The prices there, I'll tell you, are simply sky-high - an average coat costs 4.000 euros. The quality is questionable. In general, we liked the jacket there - there was no label on it for some reason (there are several halls where there are more expensive labels, where there are no cheaper labels), the helpful saleswoman - apparently Russian, helped to try on, was very courteous, praised the goods, etc.

The store impressed with the service and its appearance. Service: they sent us a car to the hotel at the appointed time, and also took us back after shopping. The store paid personal attention, helped to choose, advised to make changes when sewing. As a result, I bought a fitted leather raincoat for 300 euros (you need to be able to bargain and know the approximate prices for the product of interest in advance). They sewed very well in 2 days, it sits perfectly on me, the skin is soft. Provided a 3 year warranty on the product.

I didn’t quite understand what kind of ponto mk store they are writing about here, there are a lot of them all over Alanya. We were in a store in Konakli. We lived at the Justiniano Hotel, a young man approached us on the beach in order to invite us to the shop. tour to this store. I am skeptical enough about barkers sticking to the beach, but this time I became interested, a very educated, nice young man Rashid from Baku, who speaks excellent Russian, convinced me to go to the store. Surprisingly, my husband, a snob by nature, also convinced me) we never made major purchases abroad, except for souvenirs, this time we went! ) I will say right away that we did not have a goal to buy, but if we agreed on the price and if we really liked something, we were ready to spend a certain amount.

Rested family in the hotel club insula. Opposite is a leather and fur shop. We went to see. We were greeted by a friendly man named Asif. Very attentive and tasteful, Asif chose models for us. As a result, I have a sheepskin coat, and my son has a jacket. Of course, the prices were initially alerted, but after drinking tea, we agreed on an acceptable price for us. Asif, you are the best. Thanks a lot

We were met by guides in faye, who persuaded us to go to the ponto store for free. They said there is no obligation to buy. You can just look around, take a walk to other centers, and then return with them back to the hotel. The store kindly met, began to lick, persuade, impose. The discounts were huge. I will say this, I know where to buy good things and the price for them. There is nothing to see in this store. There are beautiful coats, but the price is very high, even with the thrown off. We refused to buy sellers.
