3. Let's move on. Next up is the hotel itself. You will be given "paper" bracelets. The hotel staff are friendly and smiling. There is no air conditioning in the lobby. There are not so many places at the reception / lobby, as it might seem in the photo. Everyone catches the Internet and you just have to stand. By the way, about the Internet, not only does it catch exclusively at the reception, it also does not always connect and, accordingly, does not work, especially when there are a lot of people. The sofas are all shabby. The hotel has 2 elevators that do not always work, you can get stuck in them. The dining room is located on the same floor. Food is good, great selection of food. But there is one BUT, the water in the cooler is drawn from the tap, it is not drinking!
4. Now the numbers. The promised repair, which was in 2019, is not observed. Although we didn’t have the worst room, there are still some disadvantages: insufficient number of sockets, doors in the shower itself do not close well, soap dispensers are broken, an eternal struggle with air conditioning, closet doors do not open well, dirty and broken chairs on the balcony, weak light , different rooms have their own working number of channels on the TV. Usually there are small shampoos and oils in the room, but here there is nothing, it’s lucky that there is at least a glass for brushes. We had to beg for toilet paper upon arrival. Apparently, the hotel managers save on everything. By the way, a very big minus of the toilet is that everything is heard in it: your conversations and conversations from other rooms, so you won’t relax much here.

I chose a tour operator, my conditions are 4 stars, all inclusive and next to the sea. so it all happened - 4 stars, although last year it was 3! who added the extra? let it remain on their conscience! about myself - retired, for the first time abroad, in comfort and food without pretensions. maybe that's why I liked everything - there is nothing to compare with! there are 3 pools in the hotel - one small, in front of the hotel, the second behind the hotel, you can even swim and the third paddling pool next to it (did not notice it right away) upon arrival there were 30 people in the hotel, no more. but every day the hall of the restaurant was more and more filled with people. and already on May 11 the second building was inhabited - behind the pool. lived alone in a double room. of the minuses - room service does not speak Russian and does not pay attention to the burning board in front of the number - I'm SLEEPING !! ! still knocking on the door! as I already wrote - I caught wifi in my room, but with some frequency and depending on the number of people using it. from food sausage, a lot of cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, scrambled eggs sometimes, chickens, also sometimes, (probably the hotel swayed to receive the main contingent) from drinks (alcoholic) - vodka (sometimes at 23 hours it was diluted beyond recognition) brandy (very hard, but with the flavor of anise) gin (recommended) servants almost all from the former USSR. animators are guys from Azerbaijan, the barker in the spa salon - Kristinka - from Tula, the masseuse Aigul - from Kyrgyzstan. what didn't you like? the sea was quiet only on May 2 and 3, then it was stormy, but we swam both at night and in a storm after 2300, when the bar was closed. I did not like that the Turks do not let pedestrians through at the crossing (although there was an underground from the hotel to the beach) and the BEACH! - a solid stone, you need to go to the right towards the mountain - a fortress of 200 meters. but we found a place of descent and at night! and from stones!
