Отвратительный отель Disgusting hotel

Gathered on vacation spontaneously and the travel agency suggested this hotel. We went through the operator TEZ-TUR.
The hotel is very dirty, the rooms are small, and in the rooms they just carry a rag in the center of the room, there is dirt and dust in the corners, mirrors and glasses are captured, in the glass elevator from the dirt through the glass wall the hall (which has no air conditioning) is hardly visible and on the transverse beams palm-thick dirt. Thanks to the fact that they left a tip, at least the linen was changed for us every three days, as stated. Others have not changed even once in 8 days.
There are NO individual packages with shampoo, gel, soap! Instead, a tub of liquid soap hangs by the sink, as in public restrooms, and in the shower stall (by the way, tiny, people of a dense build cannot fit. This is the first time I see this) the same tub, at the reception they said that there was shampoo, but to wash hair did not dare, bought a normal shampoo at the pharmacy.

It is useless to complain to a hotel guide named RAMAZAN (TEZ TOUR) - he expresses the interests of the hotel and speaks dismissively with tourists.
Water is poured into the cooler from the tap! Juices are diluted with water so that the taste of the juice itself is almost not felt. The food is bad - there is no meat, only chicken, sometimes chopped into such small pieces that it seems that it was blown up. There were also some cutlets, it seems, from soy with a lot of spices. For small children there is nothing but a high chair. One single porridge (like rice, and that is more likely a soup: rice, into which a lot of milk was poured) was not every day. Wine - red and white - disgusting swill, beer too.
The beach is dirty, most of the sunbeds are broken, cracked, dirty. And, ATTENTION TO HOLIDAYS WITH CHILDREN! FISH BITE VERY STRONGLY IN SHALLOW WATER! TILL BLOOD! I have teeth marks on my leg, a 10-year-old girl, a man was bitten to the point of blood! I have been traveling since 1997 and have never seen anything like this before!
In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND categorically! THE QUALITY OF RECREATION IN TURKEY HAS DECLINED GREATLY! This was my 4th and last visit to Turkey, why pay crazy money for Turkey, when for the same money you can go to another country and get comfort and quality service!
