How to bypass Svetlana at the reception to immediately check into the main building?

I read on many sites that there is Svetlana, who overshadowed the first day of her stay at the hotel and check-in. if a ticket to the main building (standard, not garden), how to quickly and easily move in, without losing, of course, your money on a bribe to this Svetlana? Call the manager or whoever you can contact there. if they try to put you in a bungalow?

Interested in non-alcoholic soft drinks. I also read that there is pizza at lunchtime, so you can generally not return to the hotel at lunchtime, if so, is it included in the all-inclusive system.
