Firstly, there are no open and closed restaurants, hairdressers, saunas, darts, babysitting, children's clubs, discotheques in the hotel declared on the websites.
The hotel is located on the second (not on the first) coastline. The hotel area is cramped, overgrown with reeds, trees and plants are dried up, garbage and leftovers of food are everywhere. In addition, there is a constant smell, either from rarely poured out, or from slops poured into the backyard. Ropes are also stretched on the territory, where washed towels are dried. All this together makes a rather depressing impression.
Separately, I will stop at the pool. The water is cloudy and never changed during our stay. The swimming pool for adults and children is partitioned off with a plastic grate, i. e. children bathe in the same water as adults. One of the entertainments of the resting drunken Turks was to throw each other into the water right in their clothes and shoes, along with chairs. This is partly due to the fact that there is no animation in the hotel (the animator was fired for beating a vacationing girl with his feet! ) and people simply had nothing to do. There are no sunshades on the territory of the hotel, there are three old rusty umbrellas near the pool.
The service staff is rude and rude. The daily picture is complaints, scandal and disassembly of vacationers at the reception under the indifferent absent glance of the staff, all the staff are simply used to this. Cleaning is floor cleaning on demand. The tiles near the shower and the bathroom are dirty and moldy. They took out the trash themselves. Linen and towels are gray and very worn. Everywhere there is a feeling of neglect and impassable dirt.
Particularly "lucky" were those vacationers whose windows overlooked the territory of a neighboring hotel. Powerful sound equipment is installed right under the windows and discos are arranged until half past midnight. Even with the windows closed in the evening, in order to hear each other, it was necessary to shout, and the fact that it is impossible to fall asleep is out of the question! By the way, the animation of the neighboring hotel is quite good and, in the absence of its own, served as entertainment for many.
The beach is not 100 meters from the hotel, but more than 400 meters. around it was a plot about ten meters wide, fenced on the sides with ropes from the public beach. There were not enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all vacationers. Any water activities on the beach (catamaran, mattresses, motorized sports, beach volleyball, etc. ) were not organized and did not exist at all - lack of a bar, toilet, washing and changing room on the beach - the beach area is terribly polluted, bags, cigarette butts , bottles, etc. , lack of buoys and lifeguards. Often had to sail away from approaching boats and jet skis
The bar is characterized by the complete absence of everything. Always. Even drinks like cola and fanta were in short supply and quickly ran out. During the day, sweetish red water called “mors” was available, as it decreased, the staff simply added water from a bucket from above into the refrigeration unit. We hardly saw the bartender. Vacationers went to the bar and while there were drinks available, they poured themselves. The glass also often had to be washed for myself. A typical picture: the lack of a bartender and a bunch of dirty glasses. The ice in the bar was the first two hours after opening and the staff put it into glasses with their hands.
The food was of poor quality, everything was stale or inedible. What was not eaten in the morning was served for lunch, and then for dinner. For example, rice porridge from breakfast was seasoned with mayonnaise, mixed with pasta from yesterday's dinner and served for lunch under the guise of a salad. Many dishes were frankly rotten. There was no meat or fish at all. From vegetables - poorly washed fermented tomatoes, from fruits - unsweetened watermelon. Children suffered especially, they had to eat in local cafes. We have repeatedly tried to urge the hotel administration to treat us with due respect, and not to feed us "slop". To which, in turn, we were told that the new tenant of the hotel does not allocate money for food properly, so we have to put the dishes of the previous days on the table.

The territory is not cleaned, newspapers and plastic bags float in the water. There is no bar and toilet, for this reason, visiting the beach, especially with children, becomes problematic. The beach is pebbly, it’s impossible to lie on sunbeds, so the first few “lucky ones” who managed to take sunbeds rest on the sea.
6. Bar. The only bar located on the territory of the hotel should be noted separately. Firstly, this is the lack of an assortment corresponding to a 3 * hotel. Of the soft drinks, there was ordinary water and water diluted with a concentrate from economy in such a concentration that the taste was absent. There was only color. There were no refrigeration units for cola and fanta in the bar itself. They were brought from a nearby store, which probably also lacked a refrigerator. Therefore, in the 40-degree heat, we simply had to drink warm cola. The ice was only the first 1.5-2 hours from the moment of opening. But after 22 hours he suddenly appeared. But this was not enough for the owners of the hotel. Apparently, to test us for survival, the drinks also ran out quickly enough. The bartender periodically went to a nearby store to replenish supplies. And so several times during the day.
The most interesting moment: the bartender's lunch coincided with the beginning of lunch at the hotel. Therefore, if you wanted to get a glass of beer or drinks, taking your lunch, you had to wait for this for 20 minutes. The bartender's service was over the top. It seemed that he did not hear you or did not want to hear. Having received an order from you, he could suddenly move to other customers and serve them. Then he returned to you with a look as if seeing you for the first time. He could go about his own business without paying any attention to the tourists, read the newspaper or chat with colleagues and his many friends. He could start a long dialogue with the girl he liked, completely ignoring the customers standing at the counter.
If you approached at 21.45, be prepared to be ignored for 15 minutes, at exactly 22 o'clock they will show the clock and report that now you will have to pay for drinks. On the very first day of their arrival, they were told that he would not let go of more than 2 glasses of any drink in one hand. Only the intervention of the administrator allowed to correct the situation. Children especially suffered. He did not pour more than half a glass for them, citing the fact that they are still small. It was especially fun during the afternoon snack, when half-starved tourists (read about this in the food section) tried to take not very high-quality cookies on a plate (this is the only thing that was served in the afternoon snack). The bartender kept a close eye on who took how much, and if, according to his criteria, someone took more than expected, he simply removed the tray, saying that the rest should also be left.
Washing dishes left us in complete shock. This was done by the same bartender, and he could do it when there was a queue at the counter waiting for drinks. He washed the dishes in the dirty sink with a dirty rag. , and not each glass separately, but on top of each other. After observing this picture, the desire to drink disappeared altogether.
7. Restaurant. Usually, even in 3 * hotels, an open area for eating on the street is supposed. But the enterprising new owner of the hotel put up a store on the site of the former site with a canopy, which occupies a significant part of the already small area.
The tables, however, are on the street, but there are no umbrellas over them, so there are no people who want to sit under the hot sun in the unbearable heat. You have to dine indoors in the restaurant, where there are no air conditioners.
To bring drinks for dinner, you have to leave the hotel, go to the bar and then return to the restaurant with drinks, if you are lucky enough to find a bartender in place or without them, if he suddenly wanted to go for lunch too. Three days before our departure at the hotel, part of the tables from the dining room were moved to the street. So, during the cleaning of dishes from the tables by the staff, cats climbed onto the table and ate the leftover food, we even managed to photograph one. (see photo)
8. Services. When we turned to the administrator with a request to take our laundry for a very long time, he was looking for a price tag for these services in the papers. Not finding them, he advised us to find the only maid in the hotel, ask her to wash and iron things, find out the price and inform him of the results of the negotiations.
9. Nutrition. The lack of acceptable nutrition, I would like to especially note.
The all-inclusive system at the hotel combined not fresh, monotonous food, of poor quality. For breakfast, for example, for 14 days we saw only boiled eggs, soy sausages, poorly washed, fermented tomatoes, sometimes 6 types of jam and corn flakes with milk.
But that wasn't the worst. The all-inclusive selection (buffet) offered us: constantly undercooked rice, pasta and lightly peeled, chopped and baked potatoes in the oven. This is hot food. Moreover, they remained hot for a very short time, since the heating system for these trays was not turned on even once. If you came to dine an hour after the start, you could forget about the hot one.
Next were the so-called salads, an unimaginable mess of completely incompatible products, for example, rice and cabbage, rice and green peas, rice mixed with tomato paste, pasta with beans, seasoned with mayonnaise. But the worst thing is that these dishes were served to us for lunch and dinner for several days. It was impossible to approach the table from the "flavor" that these dishes exuded.
There was no meat or fish at all! From vegetables, poorly washed, fermented tomatoes and weathered cucumbers. Since no one wanted to eat them either, the staff did not throw them away, but put them on the table every day. You could forget about fruits. Served only as not very fresh watermelon.
Sauce and mayonnaise were taken out only when the tourists insisted on it. A small bowl of mayonnaise and the same ketchup were carried out throughout the hotel. Moreover, the remark was immediately made that it was not necessary to take a lot, there were a lot of people and it was necessary that everyone had enough.
It was especially a pity for small children who had absolutely nothing to eat. And there is nowhere to buy food, there are no food in stores. The mothers of the kids just sobbed from hopelessness. That is, the food was such that I had to eat in a nearby cafe, where prices were quite high. Many did not have the opportunity to eat there. There was a choice: either eat spoiled food or remain hungry. For 2 weeks there were 2 poisonings, exacerbation of gastritis. Even visually it was noticeable that many lost weight. When we called the administrator and offered him to try the dish, obviously sour, from which there was a disgusting smell, he simply took it and carried it away. We tried more than once to urge the hotel administration to treat us with due respect and not to feed us with slop. To which we were told that the new hostess does not allocate money for the purchase of products, so we have to put up what was on the previous days. We never saw food being brought to the hotel. And we also never felt the smell of delicious food so familiar in Turkish hotels. Even the street smelled of spoiled food and rotten eggs.

We rested at the San Marino 3 * Kemer (Beldibi) hotel and are extremely outraged by what is happening in this hotel. We were ready for what you can get in a 3 * hotel and did not pretend to be super service. But the lawlessness that reigns in the San Marino hotel does not allow us to remain silent about the humiliation we were subjected to during the so-called vacation.

Firstly, on the websites of all tour operators sending clients to this hotel, there is no description of it. It can be found online on other campaign sites, but the photos accompanying this description are not those of the San Marino Hotel.

On the website www. tours. 1000turov. ru, as, indeed, on all other sites, there is a complete discrepancy between the description of the hotel and reality. Namely:
- the hotel has an area of approximately 1500 sq. m, not 6.000, as indicated in the description.
- the beach is not 100 m across the road, but approximately 350-400 meters. And this is the second coastline, not the first, as stated in the description.
- jet skis, pedal boats, canoes, beach volleyball are not included in the hotel and are available for a fee.
- aerobics, no darts.
- there is no sauna and Turkish bath in the hotel.
- of the 2 bars offered in the description, there is only one by the pool.
- "Daytime and evening animation programs, live music (once a week), disco. " It says so in the description. Except for the pitiful attempts of the animator, who practically does not speak Russian (despite the fact that only the Russian-speaking contingent rests in the hotel), to hold some kind of event a couple of times on an unlit stage in complete darkness, after which there simply were no people willing to participate in such a program, nothing else was offered.
- “For children: a club (from 3 to 12 years old) and a playground. You can use the services of a babysitter. » There was no playground, much less a club for children. Children were simply ignored there and their only entertainment was the pool.
And the animator went around during the day, trying to make acquaintances with newly arriving Russian girls.

Now I would like to dwell in more detail on what we saw there.

1. Accommodation. On the very first day of arrival, I was surprised that there were mostly tourists in the hotel who were moved from other hotels, mainly from Larissa hotels, tours to which cost an order of magnitude more expensive. The guides explained that in these hotels all the places are occupied and in return they provide the best hotel. After some time, when people understood where they were, they began to make demands to relocate them according to the purchased tickets. We could observe scandals about this at the reception every day.

2. Territory. Not well maintained, during our entire stay we never saw anyone clean the area. There are no usual flower beds, uncut lawns, reeds are growing. The area around the pool is dirty and slippery.
During our stay, 2 accidents occurred for this reason: one girl slipped by the pool and broke her leg, the second fell, hitting her head. To the right of the entrance to the hotel, ropes are stretched on which the washed laundry is dried.

3. Pool. The hotel pool was never cleaned during our stay. It is unlikely that the disinfection of water was carried out, since there were no time limits for swimming in the pool. At night, we have repeatedly observed how noisy companies of young Turks bathed in the hotel, threw each other into the pool in their clothes. There is nowhere to hide from the sun at a temperature of +42, there are only three umbrellas by the pool in a terrible state, dirty.

4. Numbers. There is only one maid for the whole hotel, which, of course, does not have time to clean all the rooms. There are no detergents for washing plumbing, only a bucket and a mop are items for cleaning. (Photo attached.
) The bathrooms in the rooms are dirty, due to the lack of use of detergents there is an unpleasant smell. The rooms were cleaned only for those who were lucky enough to find a maid. Bed linen and towels washed out, with holes. They are not changed during the entire period of rest. Directly under the windows there is a discotheque of a neighboring hotel, where, unlike San Marino, a pretty decent evening animation and disco took place daily. And since the windows in the hotel are not plastic, as they should be in such cases, but wooden, until half past one in the night it was impossible not only to sleep and watch TV, but also to talk to each other. Powerful equipment muffled all other sounds. Those with windows overlooking the landing of our hotel were not in the best position.
There was no disco, but the entertaining companies of tipsy Turks turned on the music at full volume, and then at night they entertained the vacationers with wild laughter and nightly swims. Thus, with a full night's rest, there were big problems.

continue on......... .

“We were ready for what you can get in a 3 * hotel and did not pretend to be super service. But the lawlessness that we are faced with goes beyond what is permitted.

The hotel resembled a transit base for those who got into this unpleasant situation and persistently sought to be relocated to the hotel, which was originally stated in the voucher, by complaining to the travel agencies where they purchased vouchers.

For example, the family of Tyuleneva E. A. and Kozarsky B. K. purchased a voucher with DBL accommodation, but was settled in a 1-bed room, converted from a service room, in which there was one single bed. The windows led to a construction site.

Or the administrator Timur turned to the tourist Mikhailova M. A.
with a request to give up her number to this married couple and move to a 2-bed room with a shared room, although Mikhailova M. A. purchased a ticket with SNGL accommodation.

This is not a complete list of all the facts. If you don't want to ruin your holiday and waste your money, don't choose this hotel.
