Flies hang out right above the food. If you do not take this into account, the food here is probably a plus ... , many, different dishes, sweets, watermelon, delicious side dishes. Coffee is great, but delicious beer and juices.
As for whether the hotel meets its price ...then no. I'm not ready to pay for not sleeping through those horrible "discos" in ten days, if you can call it that. If not, then the hotel would be worth it. And this, I think, will not allow either 3 stars or 5 stars in the hotel. This is unacceptable anywhere. As well as dirty dishes, bedding and rudeness.
In my opinion, the number of stars is about the interior of the room, perhaps the condition of the beach and sunbeds, varied and delicious food or not. But everything I described above is something that will not be allowed anywhere.

I will note that talking to a European family, they learned that they have some claims to some trifles, because their extensive experience in hotels in different countries gives them the opportunity to meticulously compare.

There seem to be two options: either people have just left the collective farm and pretend to be aristocrats, such as the homeland of Sirkiv and Svirid Golokhvosty, or people inadequately choose a place to rest if they actually dine in restaurants and do not see the third floor without an elevator. It seems that the whole thing is in adequate perception.
And yet, it is easy to learn a couple of phrases in Turkish, as from "Merhab" (Hello), "Teshekur" (Thank you), "Chok Guzel" (Very good), it always gives a positive reaction and additional kindness ...respect for us . . We liked the holiday in all respects, it corresponds to the money. With higher demands you should look for other hotels with a higher level - and for a higher price. Have a nice holiday! Settlement, settled on the 5th floor, in the room - Africa, (the air conditioner does not work, the refrigerator does not work, the water is ice cold, the toilet does not flush) a room for three, in which there are places as for one. There are no towels, no pillows, only in the evening they asked for a pillow for the child and gave three wet towels, as they do not have time to dry...
The next day, they asked the manager of this hotel to change the room, they gave me on the third floor, well, when I opened the suitcase to get things, then 3 packages of things, this is one compartment in the suitcase, was gone! At the reception they looked in their safes for lost things, they were not there. I thought I left them at home, but they were not at home either. For three days I went in shock and did not understand what was happening, my son was left in his shorts and shorts with a T-shirt in which he flew in. Well, for my joy, I had two shorts and 2 T-shirts. On the fourth day of our vacation, standing at the bar for a beer, I was just stunned, the bartender who poured the beer was wearing my son's shirt, of course I turned to the reception, they called the maid and the 5th floor, who cleaned the room on the first day and then at I was not only shocked, my speech was taken away... The maid came in my T-shirt... When asked where she got it, she said that she found it on the first floor under the bed. Disassembly began, as a result, after an hour of talking to the hotel administration, they announced that they would pay me $ 50 and I would forget everything and I would not have any complaints against them, we fired the maid (she was a refugee from Syria), what claims can we have. We do not know how many things you had, maybe you want to update your wardrobe at the expense of us.
Further, there was a hotel guide to whom I wrote a complaint, they called the police (friends of the manager came, who dance and drink in the hotel every other day, in shorts and caps) all the laws are on their side and if I turn to them, I will sue the Syrian refugee , who was left without a job and will not pay me anything. The cameras that day to view were turned off, things as proof that they are mine, I have a photo where I am in this T-shirt, they threw it away. In general, they did everything to protect themselves. Brought $50 and that's it.
Guys, all who are going to go to this hotel, think, you need it... It will be a 100% ruined vacation. The owners are horrible, I have never seen such greed. Meals - vegetables, ace poured over with some kind of sour sauce, if they didn’t eat it in the morning, they put sour for lunch, the chef gives one piece of chicken meat, a piece of 5 cm, the fish was 2 times, fried herring and fried mackerel... Fu... Sweets are very few of them dismantled and not tasty. They don’t give water, only you need to go down to the spill and collect it yourself in the dining room. It often runs out and you have to buy in a store for $ 2. Bar, 2 drinks beer and wine (it stinks of some kind of mash, sour).
Evening program, the speaker yells, you can’t hear the music of Turkish songs, as the hotel is full of Turks resting, they dance and clap to themselves, drunk as a brat. And in the morning, children swim in the pool and yelling music with mats (there is video confirmation of this).
On the territory of dirt, the smell of urine of cats everywhere. There are spiders, maskites and even cockroaches in the hotel.
It's a miserable hole where all the staff wants to fool you with them generally start on people. Every day everyone is indignant and screaming, but they don't care!

We checked in on 07/05/21 in the evening. We didn't unpack our suitcases, took our bathing suits and went to the sea. We returned late, and in the morning a friend found that there were no three bags with things, a friend and her son were literally in what they arrived. We didn't react right away. . . At first we thought that we forgot at home, when this version disappeared, we decided that we pulled it out at the airport. On the third day of rest, if you can call it that, they decided to play it safe and ask the administrator if there were packages with things. Naturally, nothing was found. This would be the end of the story and we would have reconciled. As here on the 4th day of rest, we felt like in the TV series "Matchmakers" and laughter and sin...
We sit by the pool and see how the waiter pours drinks in our shirt. My friend is in shock. . . She goes to the admin and says, so and so. . . They say, "Yes, this can't be. " We say call the cleaner here, who serves the 5th floor. This woman comes out... And what do you think? In a friend's shirt. In short, things were stolen and this is a fact... This woman was fired. Saying the problem is solved. Naturally we were outraged, who will cover the damage? To which they said, well, we can give you $ 50 on receipt. By the way things there were about 3000 UAH.
This option, of course, did not suit us, and we offered to go to one of the most budget stores in Kemer, the Waikiki brand, and buy all the clothes on the list of stolen items, and they, in turn, paid by check, to which they first gave their consent. We went that same evening, bought even less than what was stolen and the amount came out to $ 100. After giving the check to the administration, we were told that they could only pay $ 60 and that we ourselves were to blame for taking so many things. To be honest, it was disgusting and it's not about these unfortunate $100. And in relation to us. In short, all this went on for 3 days with the participation of the hotel administration, representatives of the travel agency, with the local police. Who told us that the most favorable option is to take $60. In view of the current situation and the general sensations from the rest, a saying has developed... here, in any case, they want to fuck you either morally or physically.

We weren't fed with lopsters, but you will never leave hungry, everyone will find something to their taste. In general, the food corresponded to the average Turkish four. Coffee vusnoe, juices a little diluted, but better than in Egypt. The pool is clean, well-groomed, although I went to the sea and never swam in the pool. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Dear citizens of our northeastern neighbor, observing your behavior, I would like to give you a little advice: add words such as: "thank you", "please", "sorry", "good afternoon", "goodbye" to your vocabulary "and the staff will treat you well and Turks in general.
