SPA is. the highlight of this hotel is a jacuzzi with hot water on the street and everything else is standard indoor pool for children is small, outdoor is large but ice water is unreasonably expensive. there are cheaper hotels with the same set, a restaurant for me personally means a delicious meal, but somehow it didn’t work out here. In advance, by telephone with the manager, I agreed on the number of guests and asked everyone to be placed in one large room (6 adults and 2 children). We arrived at the appointed time, it turned out that the manager there understood something wrong and had to get an additional room on the spot, and the administrator told us that our room, which had already been booked for 3 days !! ! back is not ready. As a result, we waited another hour in the lobby when the room was cleaned. When we entered the room, we realized that no one cleaned it properly (the mirrors were stained, there were AUCHAN packages from previous guests in the closet, a bathrobe with a hole, the toilet was not disinfected and did not even smell of freshness (although if she cleaned there for an hour, then it should although it smells fresh). It didn’t happen before. We decided not to spoil the holiday, we went to the SPA. It turned out that the first bath of the Japanese bath has not been working for several days, repairs are underway. Without it, Japanese baths lose their meaning. The child was crying, because I came just for her. Rimskaya has also been on prophylaxis for several days, the hot tubs are cold. All people go around in circles and are indignant, but what to do? A lot of money has already been paid, but "feigning joy" was not very successful. The staff growls, does not say anything specific. Breakfast the next day is a separate conversation. Rolled down in quality below the plinth. One sausage and sausages, no meat. This used to be delicious food. Now nothing. One joy - the casserole remained as tasty as before. In short, guys, please improve, improve your level. What is now is no good. We loved your establishment very much. I will be glad to return to the updated respect.

And they write that Wi-Fi is provided. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms. There is no buffet in the morning. Just a menu choice and that's it !!!! ! About the beach, you can't go there, huge boulders or panton. Not an option with children. There is a pool, but this will not replace the sea. Therefore, a solid 3. I never wrote a review, but I don’t want to return here, it’s not worth the money Pictures are deceptive. A little insulting and annoying (((next time I will carefully select the hotel. I do not advise those who are used to comfort. Review is fresh. June 2017

We were very disappointed and wanted to share our impressions.
1. Firstly, we were deceived by the tour operator IP Kovalchka K. V. , who represented the Sevastopol tourist operator READY-REST (http://www.ready-rest.com/), through which we booked hotel accommodation - instead of the half board promised and prescribed in the voucher, only breakfast was provided. The hotel staff immediately began to get out and changed the price list, which indicated that it was during this period of stay at the hotel that we were entitled to half board, to another. Also, no one informed us that within 10 days (from the time the tour was purchased to the start of the vacation dates) there was a change in the legal entity (hotel) and the star rating was removed from the hotel and, accordingly, a number of conditions for which money was taken from us do not apply. Kovalchuk refused to solve our problems, he was rude and dodgy.
2. The hotel itself is "not bad", but not at the level of 4 stars and not at 9.000 rubles per day of stay - a large territory, but not for a comfortable stay with children under 5 years old, there are no ramps for strollers, rather steep stairs and almost all uphill area.
3. Hotel rooms - we had a Deluxe room, quite large about 50 square meters, but strikingly different from the beautiful and enticing photos on the hotel website. Furniture and all other furnishings are really all in place, but in good condition it was 10-15 years ago. For solid wood chairs, the seat cushions existed separately from the body, the mini-bar refrigerators were in a deplorable state, they replaced us, since it did not work and frankly leaked onto the carpet, the safes did not work. There were black prints from massive boots on the snow-white tulle. All the plumbing in the bathroom was leaking and gurgling. At first, they didn’t want to move us to another room, they offered to pay extra and move to an apartment, or stay in this one. But after an urgent request, they changed our room, it was similar, but without falling off the wallpaper and with a view not of the landfill (which, according to assumptions, was previously a helipad), but of the sea.
4. The rooms were cleaned daily and well, there were only complaints about cleaning the balcony, during the entire stay they didn’t even sweep it there, and it was clear from the layer of dust that this was not the responsibility of the maid at all.
5. The area around the hotel is a neglected private sector. In the evening, it’s better not to go outside the territory - there are some dubious personalities around and a lot of drunks. One grocery store where they sold us spoiled cheese (but by the way, when we came for water after a couple of days and complained, they offered to change it, it’s a pity that we already threw it away)))))
6. The hotel is far from the sea - if you do not have your own transport, you can only get there by cable car. It is simply unrealistic to walk up from the beach to the hotel on foot - firstly, there is simply no direct road, and secondly, go far and uphill.
7. The beach is no different from the free city beaches of the entire Yalta coast. The only thing is that there is a small dirty pool with sea water and a children's paddling pool. The entrance to the sea is pebbly, the approaches are not organized and there are several large boulders that also interfere with the approach to the sea.
8. The duties of protecting the beach included engaging in “petting” - taking 10 rubles for using a public toilet, giving out towels and renting tennis rackets for 300 rubles per hour, sometimes taking out umbrellas from the sun at the request of vacationers and tasting Kuban seeds.
9. Returning to rest with children in Respect Hall: there is a mini-zoo on the territory, animals are kept in rusted iron cages, it is impossible to approach them because of the smell and poor approach, but this is more likely not because of animal care, but because for the "housing issue", due to space savings, a large number of living creatures per 1 sq.
10. There are playgrounds, but they are unkempt and old. There is one gaming complex, most likely acquired after the collapse of the USSR.
11. The promised adult and children's animation was not there, and according to the staff, it was not there for the last 2 years either. Classes in the children's room looked like this - you come with a child, you are sitting in the room, sorry for the comparison of the "deaf-blind-dumb" toy keeper. The only thing she asked was the room number, and then she nodded her head at the toys, like, use them. During the two hours spent with the child in the children's room, she never approached us and only sat in the corner, carried away by correspondence on social networks, making an unhappy look when the child took toys from the shelves. And in the end she said that in September the children's room is no longer working (despite the fact that the travel contract and the hotel website say that this service will be provided to us). During the stay, the children's room was generally closed for two days (weekdays), the manuals there are mainly in Ukrainian, the toys have not been updated for a very long time. The water in the cooler had a frank smell of mustiness and "flowering".
12. Food - I would like to say that the food is organized at a good level, as thin slices of boiled pork and boiled tongue were served for breakfast, and sometimes micro-mini sandwiches with red caviar, but unfortunately this will not work either, since twice for breakfast (Swedish line) exhibited fermented juice and sour sour cream. There were few and spoiled fruits, out of 5 peaches laid out on the table, all 5 were simply rotten. For children and those who are on a diet food food is not provided. In the evening and at lunchtime, we went to eat at a restaurant on site (since there was only one restaurant "Old Spring" outside the territory within walking distance, we can't tell from the kitchen, we didn't eat, as the road to the cafe and the interior scared away). The prices in the hotel restaurant are a bit high (the average bill for 4 adults and a child without alcohol was 5 thousand), but the food is delicious and the waiter Alexei is just great, very attentive and calm, he took into account all our wishes the first time and all 5 days we didn’t have to do anything to him to remind you that you can’t say about other waiters, sweeping crumbs from the table right onto the floor, confusing and forgetting the order, although the customer traffic in the restaurant is very, very low, all those unfortunate ones who, like us, “flew” with the choice of a place to relax.
13. Now about the SPA-complex: In general, it is not bad, the cost of 9000 rubles per day includes staying in the complex at any time from 10.00 to 21.00. The promised 9 types of baths were, but again with reservations. There were no brooms in the Russian bath, as we later found out that this is already a separate pleasure, the water in the Japanese bath is very chlorinated, perhaps there is even less of it than the chlorine itself. The same goes for the pool and jacuzzi, people just got allergic to chlorine. In the morning we watched the picture, the paths leading to the pool, like snow powder, were strewn with bleach. In one of the two foot massage baths, the taps were not working for five days. Service leaves much to be desired. When visiting the bath complex, we were given bathrobes, towels, disposable slippers and hats - at the expense of the last two points, if you don’t ask they won’t give it, it remains a mystery to us why, perhaps such a policy of savings. Also put 1 teapot of herbal tea - if you do not ask, they will not give. And if you ask, they will pour tea with such an expression on your face, as if you climbed into their pocket. Very unpleasant! At 20.30 they began to "kick" visitors out of the complex, defiantly turning off the light and heat in empty baths, closing the bar with the same herbal tea and dissatisfied remarks from the staff.
14. On Mondays, the bath complex was closed for maintenance during working hours. All the guests were outraged, as both the hotel and tour operators take payment for the entire range of services, without informing about the work of this kind and without adjusting the cost.
This caused a wave of dissatisfaction, in response to our written application for compensation for the failure to provide the services we paid for, the hotel accommodation manager Konstantin Grishchenkov provided a printout from the site with the baths' schedule and "transferred all the arrows" to the negligent tour operator. But by 2:00 pm on the same day, they opened the complex, again without informing anyone, half of the baths were not working, printed ads were immediately removed.
15. The cost of a taxi - ordering cars officially from the hotel is unreasonably expensive, for comparison, Koreiz - Simferopol Airport offered us a trip from the hotel for 5000 rubles, but the reception workers offered to help through friends for 3500 rubles, and the official long-distance taxi carrier in the Republic of Crimea, which we and took advantage, it is carried out for 2000 rubles. , by the way, the class of cars and drivers is at a good level, the next day after the transfer, the operator clarifies the impression of the trip.
If you still chose this hotel for your vacation, we recommend booking services and accommodation directly with the hotel, and not through intermediaries and tour operators, as then it will be easier for you to return your money and get positive emotions from a vacation in Crimea in other worthy hotels and inns of this picturesque place with unique nature and history.

We didn't listen and have no regrets. We arrived from Rostov by car on February 12, stayed until February 16. The hotel was booked through the Sevastopol company Laspi. They offered many options, clarified at our request in detail about the services of the SPA center. We also called the manager from the road to his mobile, phone support is important. The hotel is correctly called Respect Hall Resort & SPA, located in the town of Koreiz. We reached Yalta without haste in 15 minutes. The first thing that captivates is a gorgeous view of the sea, on the other side of the mountains. The territory is closed, well-groomed in the summer, it seems wonderful here. Closed parking (underground parking), included in the price, security, so we didn’t worry about the car. Thanks to the hotel staff for their courtesy, immediate response to requests (linen was changed at our request) and very attentive staff at the pool and spa, there were no complaints. The rooms were warm, but we like it hot, so we actively used underfloor heating. When paying for a room, you can go to the SPA for free. This is a whole complex, some baths of 8 or 9 types, a swimming pool. Breakfast is also included in the price, you can choose from the menu what you want. There are 6 sections of dishes in total, you can choose 1 from the section, that is, you have 6 dishes for breakfast. There are bathrobes, slippers and towels in the room and in the SPA. Everywhere in the room and on the territory is very clean. The cable car did not work, it is turned off in winter, but we visited the beach and walked around the neighborhood, the beach and the territory are what you need for a summer holiday. Now we plan to return in the summer and already then have a good rest!
