We stayed at this hotel in 2017. The staff is lazy ((the hotel is declared as 5 stars, chic, spa center. We couldn’t get into the spa center. During the day you visit the sights of the Crimea, in the evening you want to relax. But! No....everything closes at 20.30. You won’t get anywhere. Were and in Rixos and in Kempinski, there is no such thing, everything worked until 23.00. The declared Wi-Fi plows only in the lobby. And they write that Wi-Fi is provided. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms. There is no buffet in the morning. Just a menu choice and that's it !!!! ! About the beach, you can't go there, huge boulders or panton. Not an option with children. There is a pool, but this will not replace the sea. Therefore, a solid 3. I never wrote a review, but I don’t want to return here, it’s not worth the money Pictures are deceptive. A little insulting and annoying (((next time I will carefully select the hotel.
