Uncleaned snow and ice in the yard. At our request at 10.30 pm we were asked to leave the hotel. I do not recommend ANYONE to live there!

You can hear everything, how anyone walks, how noisy companies rest in the evening, how neighbors snort and children pee in the morning....it's just awful, it's IMPOSSIBLE to sleep, I've never seen such redneck anywhere.
Owners don't care about anything but money! There is no cleaning in the rooms, you take out the garbage yourself, breakfasts do not change, scrambled eggs, pancakes, scrambled eggs everything. Tea included, coffee for money....

In appearance, it’s not bad either - a solid house made of timber. The price for a regular room corresponded to the information on the websites - 900 UAH for a standard room. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, clean, but somehow not comfortable, too similar to an ordinary dining room with good repair and curtains. The room also seemed not bad, clean, good pillows (very comfortable to sleep), but with feathers!! ! , which is forbidden to be used in hotels in case of allergies that vacationers may have. Very warm, even too much. Everything seemed fine, but still the disadvantages of this hotel turned out to be on the second day of stay:
one . The hotel has absolutely no soundproofing. If you wake up in the morning on vacation at 8-9 in the morning from the fact that repairs will be done over your head, furniture will be installed, etc. - that is absolutely normal. In principle, if you wake up and go out onto the balcony, and there you meet a completely strange man - this is also the norm for Villa "La Craciuna". Here they themselves determine how much to sleep and do not warn in case of repair work.
2. breakfasts. We only had breakfast at the hotel twice. There are two dishes to choose from, one of which is definitely scrambled eggs. Tea is included, coffee is not. Breakfast only until 10.00, overslept - stay hungry.
3 . shower. If you decide to take a shower, then keep in mind that at any moment the water may disappear, both cold and hot. You have to wait a good 5-10 minutes to wash off the shampoo....
4. irons. There are no ironing boards or irons anywhere in the hotel. You have to run and ask. Although the halls in the villa are completely empty and one could think of putting at least one iron with a board between the floors.
5. attitude towards guests. If you like to be asked once again whether everything suits you, or if you don’t need anything, then forget it. It's not asked here. It's not asked here. It seems that the owners are absolutely indifferent to those who are visiting them.
