Balcony, 2 bathrooms (with bathtubs), fully equipped kitchen, 2 plasma TVs. Warm floors. Cozy bedroom, table for a computer, telephone. Two large wardrobes, safe. The quality of the bed, bed linen is excellent. Cleaning every day: 2 types of vacuum cleaner (dry and wet), changing towels, bathrobes, adding cosmetics, tea bags, sugar. The quality of finishing of the apartments is beyond praise: I take my hat off to the designer.
Breakfast - at the level of 4 * hotels. From 8 to 11 - at any time - a full set of dishes: cereals, omelettes, sausages, meat and cheese slices, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, pastries, milk, juices, etc. They arrived at 5 minutes to 11 - friendly service without problems. Bukovel is a very picturesque place in summer. We stayed in one of the best hotels in the complex, in apartments of the first category, number 406. No one responded to our request at the reception to help bring the luggage to the room. They promised to send a person, we waited 15 minutes, no one came, they carried the bags themselves. The room turned out to be not cleaned, they called the maid, who, without a uniform, with a puzzled look, began to clean the room in front of us, complaining that the vacuum cleaner did not pull, and she could not collect other people's hair from the carpet with it. With grief in half removed. The bed and sofa bed are not very comfortable, it is not possible to sleep. The mattress pad on the bed is made of synthetic fabric, which, together with the sheet, slides over the mattress and clumps together. Waking up on a bare mattress. Breakfasts at Boogil cafe are disgusting, the service is the same. Restaurant Kazachek finished off with its not tasty food. In short, there is nowhere to eat normally in Bukovel in the summer, for any money. And for expensive and for cheap, they serve third-rate tasteless food. This is a problem, especially when you are with a child. I had to go to the nearest village, buy food and cook myself, since there is a kitchen in the room. But I did not expect to spend a vacation at the stove. People who expect to receive a high level of service and cuisine for a high fee have nothing to do there. Very sorry. The nature and air are amazing, even with a hotel room you can put up with it, but how can you relax without normal food?
