I have stayed in this hotel twice with my family. In February 2015 and December 2018. I was pleased that during this time the hotel has remained at a consistently decent level. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, the rooms have everything you need, a beautiful view from the window.

Breakfasts are very tasty, but the menu is always the same - 3 dishes to choose from. The children got tired of monotony. The rooms are simple, upset by the lack of such little things as, for example, a kettle in the room. In my opinion, in the room for 1100 UAH / day (at the dollar exchange rate at that time 8.2) already a teapot for 150 UAH could be put. Then - there was no glass for toothbrushes, they were stored in our bag ....Also one glass of water for everyone. My husband had a sore throat and I had to ask for a glass separately for the child in the restaurant. Problem with drying clothes - the room is heated by a battery, which says that drying things is strictly prohibited.

Dining at the hotel deserves special attention, such a variety of dishes and an approach to their preparation and serving can not be seen in every restaurant of author's cuisine, each dish is a masterpiece, this is sincere. We have a five-year-old child, he does not eat everything, but in the Magic of the Carpathians we have no problems with feeding him. On average, the second dish costs 50-60 hryvnia, which is a wonder for Bukovel. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the seventh lift, if you don’t want to walk, the hotel has a minibus that brings you to the lift. Well, in general, once again the rest left wonderful impressions, and next year we will definitely come again, there is no better value for money in Bukovel! I almost forgot, the owners of the hotel live right here, control the work of the staff, communicate with all visitors in the restaurant, ask if everyone likes it, just like in Europe. There was a wonderful program for the New Year, the table was breaking, half of it was not eaten for sure.

But the restaurant, where, according to the hotel administration, an internationally awarded chef works, breakfast consists of stinky kitchen waste from the past (meatballs, cold buckwheat porridge, etc. ), and all the rest of the food, with an average cost of a dish of about 200 UAH, is not withstands any criticism. In addition, the hotel is located on the outskirts, although the site says that in the very center of Bukovel. At the resort itself, there are really only construction sites, the roads are dirty, in clay. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM IS WATER! There is no central sewerage, it is treated with an antiseptic and goes back into circulation. Hence the multiple poisonings. We talked with a dozen people, all managed to get poisoned there. I think that it was only thanks to the frosts in the past years that the dirty water factor did not come up. . But this year the temperature was above 0 degrees, hence the activity of bacteria. In general, a vacation in Bukovel was not a vacation, but a struggle for survival for a lot of money. I will never go here again. I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy!

I read about this in reviews left a year or two ago, however, it feels like the hotel management is either not interested in reviews or simply does not pay attention to them. One big downside is the location of the hotel. On the one hand, it's okay, about 1 km walk from the ski lifts. Now imagine a slushy muddy road, you have full equipment in your hands, you are on the track in the morning and pretty tired by the evening, and you have to walk about 1 km uphill. If the hotel does not think about the transfer: at least a couple of flights in the morning to the ski lifts and a couple of flights in the evening back at a certain time, we will definitely not go there.

Yes, it is located 10 minutes from the ski lift (but the central one), if you have small backpacks, you can change your shoes at the ski lift and return to the hotel in comfortable shoes.
