В принципе не так все плохо :) Basically it's not that bad :)

Rested with my husband on the eve of the new year 2012. The hotel is really good. The staff bribed with their politeness and ability to make worthy decisions in controversial situations. Very well thought out heating and hot water, unlike some other Bukovel hotels. Breakfast is delicious, nutritious, but for some reason every day the same menu. I read about this in reviews left a year or two ago, however, it feels like the hotel management is either not interested in reviews or simply does not pay attention to them. One big downside is the location of the hotel. On the one hand, it's okay, about 1 km walk from the ski lifts. Now imagine a slushy muddy road, you have full equipment in your hands, you are on the track in the morning and pretty tired by the evening, and you have to walk about 1 km uphill. If the hotel does not think about the transfer: at least a couple of flights in the morning to the ski lifts and a couple of flights in the evening back at a certain time, we will definitely not go there.
