If you leave the room, then without a card (and it is one, see item 1), there is no electricity and the heater does not work. At 22.00 they said that it would be warm in 3-4 hours. What to do until then was not prompted.
3. It turned out to be a broken sofa. They said to sleep like this, and tomorrow the furniture maker will come, tomorrow they said that the day after tomorrow they will buy a part, etc.
4. The trash can in the bathroom had a broken pedal to open it. They said use it. When asked how so, answered open it with your hand! True, on the second day it was replaced.
5. The receptionist was more than completely sick. She coughed and sneezed in all directions. We did not get sick as a result, but it was extremely unpleasant.
6. The restaurant ordered potatoes with garlic - brought with onions. The next day, the order was repeated, this time brought with one half of an onion ring. To the question - where? the waiter just shrugged.
7. We ordered a car once and left half an hour later - they made us a double counter for a simple one, well, ok. The next day we waited for the promised car for 40 minutes, no one made any discount for being late.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days, standard room. Considering the moderate cost of living, everything was at a very good level. The room is clean, comfortable, the plumbing is new. The hotel has a swimming pool and sun loungers. If any wishes arose, the staff reacted to everything very quickly (special thanks to the administrator Vera).

Prices in the "restaurant" are very high - not justified. We ate at a hotel 200 meters from ours, where, as it turned out, there is an opportunity to feed our guests, as well as people like us. This vacation was enough for us for a couple of days, although we planned and paid for 12 days. and so we decided to move to another place, we approached the director to return the money to us and, oddly enough, the conversation surprised us. The director was not opposed to returning all the money to us as soon as others who wished to make an advance payment for these rooms, while she said that there would be no problems and the money would be returned to us. The money was returned to us on the card in three installments. The last part of the money was less than it should have been, they explained this by the fact that the room was empty for three days and therefore the money is not returned during these days, and no one even warned us about this during the conversation. There are mini hotels nearby, and private traders are cheaper, and housing is no worse.

The wool rug next to the bed and near the shower was never cleaned, probably never. The humidity in the bathroom is crazy, the towels were wet all the time, at least some kind of ventilation would not hurt, or at least a hot towel warmer.
The room is cold, especially the floor, I had to buy indoor slippers so as not to catch a cold. The maid's job included changing the trash bag and checking the availability of toilet paper - that's all the cleaning. We asked the administrator to use the laundry service (for money), to which we received an ambiguous answer that they first need to rewash theirs, and then we'll see.

Regarding the benefits: 1 - cheaper rises on the letter, if you buy a season ticket before 9-00 it will cost 360 UAH for the whole day unlimited 2 - and the hotel is already off-season prices 3 - more light day (maybe it's not a super advantage but I like to come back from the tracks for the day) Location: equal to 4.

The cuisine is even at a very normal level, because, as I understand it, this is not a restaurant, but home cooking in the estate. Before leaving, replacing the young chef Andrew, he managed to pamper us with cakes "brownie" and "panna cotta"

Having hastily shown how to use the keys to the door, she retreated to her reception desk, without explaining anything, without showing, without describing the services of the hotel. What killed immediately was the sockets at the level of two meters from the floor, almost under the ceiling. . I had to look for at least one outlet to charge the phone. . and we have two. The second phone was charged in the sanblok, the first on the floor near the socket from below. . But these are still flowers and this is not something that we have sometimes come across during many years of trips to Ukraine. . But the most interesting thing began when we moved out. . . The administrator, at our invitation, began to zealously check all the nooks and crannies of the room. . And about Gore. I found a small crack in the teapot. . . What's up here. . She yelled at the whole hotel, all over the street, that we ruined the kettle, that she would not let us go anywhere. . although we did not beat the kettle and did not even notice this crack. . In short, we ran away, because it was impossible to explain anything to her. . We are adults enough people, not teenagers, not students, we go not for the first time, but we have not seen such rudeness and outright terror anywhere else. .
