There was also no opportunity to get acquainted with the contract, and they have the ONLY office in the whole of Gagra, which I later found out.
When buying, I IMPOSE PAID services, for example, "Guide of Abkhazia" is SPAM with a DAILY message from the tour desk, of which there are TENS in the city. And for you for 2a rub EVERY day they will boil the phone of one bureau! Getting rid of this spam is NOT EASY, I had to go to their office in Sukhum near the Moscow Military District:
Left a complaint there about this, so on the same day my SIM card was DISCONNECTED! ! !
EVIL they are there and vindictive freaks. True, I went to the office in Gagra and the girl turned on my SIM card grinning that "it doesn't happen with them". . .

A month later, I received a message that I should send them SMS to extend the validity of the SIM card, but I already figured it out and wished to switch to another tariff. It turned out that this was possible only from the 1st day of the next month, that is, WAIT FOR A MONTH, and the money remained in the account. I received a message that the number for me is "LOCKED", but NOBODY explained what this means, although I went to the Aquafon office opposite the entrance to the MVO to find out their conditions.
. Later it turned out that they only made it possible for me to make incoming calls (with a positive balance on my account! ), but I can’t make calls.
And at the end of the month of December, they already BLOCKED the SIM card altogether, spitting on my money in the account and depriving me of the opportunity to switch to another tariff.
Something like this, ornately, they drain the money of visitors into their pocket. FREAKS.
. INTERRUPTIVELY IMPOSED as a result of such manipulations to buy a NEW SIM card. I left a statement about this at their central office on December 30th, it DISAPPEARED WITHOUT ANSWER, I went in and asked... they treat their customers in the Abkhaz sharaga Akvafon in such a zhzhlobski way.
Later in their A-Mobile asked the tariffs of their SIM cards. Immediately STRAIN their question "and you're here for a long time? ". It seems that these visitors also have a particularly "favorable" tariff Frozen in their pocket. . .
