We rested at the hotel in September 2018 with my husband and child. To begin with, at first we were sent with suitcases to a room on the 6th floor (fortunately there is an elevator), in which there is one bed, although we had 2 + 1 in the application. I had to go down to the administrator again with things. We checked into the room, there was no bed linen in the extra bed for the child. I had to go down to the reception again as many as 3 times, the third with swearing (two girls at the reception, in glasses who, arrogantly, don’t know how to talk at all) The maid brought the linen closer to dinner (we checked in at 9 am) and said that She has a day off today. I made the bed myself. The room is dirty, there are cobwebs in the corners, all the taps in the shower room are covered with soap. The floor was not washed once in 7 days, the towels were changed once. Linen was not changed. Wifi does not work in the room. A resort fee was also taken from a 12-year-old child, as I understood upon arrival home - illegally, because in general it is from 14. In the dining room they mark it in coupons (probably so that they don’t go in and eat again). When you go on an excursion for the whole day, then nothing like a lunchbox is provided, you get money down the drain for paid lunches. The administrators don’t explain anything, they put a bracelet on you and that’s it (bracelets of two colors: red - all inclusive and green - 3 meals a day. The difference between one and the other is the ability to take pizza, pancakes, ice cream in a cafe, and alcohol - beer, from which in one eye (diluted with water) and smelly red wine. Vacationers do not say this, only later you find out from others that you are supposed to have beer and ice cream for the child (also terrible, the cheapest in a glass). Separately, about the services of the tour desk right at the hotel: the prices are exorbitant. We went to Lake Ritsa for 900 per person, and in Gagra the same excursion is 500 rubles. They ride to Gagra for 250 per person, and you can take a minibus for 100. There is a rotavirus in the hotel, periodically everyone vomits. Upon arrival home, we too were treated for a week. In the dining room they are fed monotonously, the choice of dishes is small. In general, we will not go there again. Very disappointed! There can be no talk of any declared three stars. Yes, and there is nothing for young people to do there at all, there is nowhere to go, the nearest Gagra is 17 km away.
