The hotel was chosen based on reviews, so we consider it a duty to write our own. The hotel is very good for Abkhazia, both in terms of infrastructure and service. The reception service is very good. Well maintained area in front of the hotel. On the beach there are umbrellas and sunbeds. The dining room is large and spacious. The children's room is very decent and inexpensive. Good housekeeping. Close to the sea. Now about the cons and oddities. Behind the hotel, where the playground is located, boards and some rubbish are piled up and there is a broken car. Is it difficult to remove?? ? After a week, it becomes clear what people mean about boring food. It's just repetitive and very annoying. There are not enough places under umbrellas on the beach - there are a lot of left people who are allowed in for money. Towels are changed every 3 days, strange for 4 stars, as they position themselves. Wi-fi is not free. And about the oddities: the first ad in the book in the issue "Toilet paper is issued at the rate of 1 roll in two days. " The second page - "Soap and shampoo rooms are completed upon check-in. " That is, a family of 4 came for 3 weeks - get 3 small soaps and 3 shampoos. Class! The most unpleasant thing is that everyone is poisoned without exception. 3 days with temperature on the jolt. We thought it was all about the dining room or the sea. But after talking with neighbors, other vacationers and local residents, they came to the conclusion that this is drinking water. Although we bought bottled water, they pour it into compotes and soups from the tap. I repeat, when compared with most other hotels in Gagra-San Marina, nothing!! !
