Boarding house of the Soviet construction. We lived in a renovated building in a deluxe room. But luxury is one name. There was air conditioning. But the wardrobe was without shelves! Cleaned badly, we can say not cleaned. The food was also so-so, although we are not capricious. A lot of people in the dining room, especially in the morning. On the other hand, for this money there was nothing to expect. But! The sea nearby is clean, sun loungers and umbrellas are free and enough for everyone.
