We rested together in the Vodopad hotel from 19.08. 2016-29.08. 2016 We arrived at night, when I entered the room I was shocked, the room was dirty, there were used diapers in the closet, a huge layer of dust, the bed linen had not been changed, there was a decanter, but without water, and I was terribly thirsty, so I went to bed with thirst. The room was cleaned when we asked, there was no place to wash things, we were "kindly" given powder and a bowl !! ! (For me it was a SHOCK, because I can't use household chemicals (atopic dermatitis)). In the dining room they fed the same food, the food was tasteless, absolutely not salty, there was no buffet (one plus in this, I lost weight, and the local cats and dogs were full every day). Bed for 10 days changed 2 times and towels as well! I approached the manager of the boarding house with a question about washing, to which he said that he didn’t give a damn about everything !! ! The TV in the room is tiny, the channels don't really work, but TV3 always works, obviously they are fans of this channel! Bathroom is very small. I forgot the most important thing - they have had mattresses since the times of the USSR, springs constantly dug into various places, jellyfish pillows, what is it and what is not !! ! Three times they turned off the water and electricity!! ! According to the infrastructure of Abkhazia itself, this is a heavenly place, very beautiful, sea, sun, sights, everything is super! I will go to Abkhazia, but I will never recommend this boarding house to anyone and do not advise it!!! ! Above the service they work and work!! !
