Hotel or home? Hotel "Ritsa"
For the first time I came with my husband to the Republic of Abkhazia. Even under the USSR, my parents took me there, because. it was an all-Russian health resort. To be honest, it is very painful to look at the remains of the post-war fragments. But the city was rebuilt very well, according to the stories of local residents. All the same, the Republic of Abkhazia is the best country for the rest of Russian citizens. Everyone speaks Russian. And they are very kind to us.
I just didn’t know which hotel to choose, and after searching on the site and reviews, I found the Ritsa Hotel, oddly enough, but that same hotel was completely restored, in the form in which we once rested in it. This is a legendary and historic hotel. The pride of the city - the capital. From the reviews, I realized that people feel at home there. And what is most pleasant, the hotel itself provides a tour of the trip to all the holy places of the Republic, sights, and the beauties of nature. And believe me, she is really fabulous. No, it's impossible to describe everything. This must be seen. But if someone wants to enjoy the beauties of the Krasnodar Territory, then here they will also provide many tours. The Olympics closed Sochi and Adler for us, but opened the Magnificent, fabulous, holy - the Orthodox Republic of Abkhazia.
Well, okay, I digress. At the airport, we are met by a transfer - an Audi A6 car, the driver takes our bags and packs them in the trunk. In 2 hours we pass the border and find ourselves in Sukhumi. We drove up to the hotel - this is a fabulously snow-white building. At the reception we were met by a young girl named Ilona, and the most pleasant thing was that we were immediately called by name and patronymic. A trifle, but nice. Set up in just 1.5 minutes. We went up to the room. Well, it's something. Furniture starting from the hotel lobby and in the rooms, under the "Louis 14"
The design is the same as in the photos, only everything is new. And well, it started and rolled. In the room Bar full of products interesting for my husband: wines, all sorts and beer; for me, champagne and mineral water, and for Son Davidik: chocolates and juices. Well, whatever you need. Taking a hydromassage shower. We rushed to order tours and schedule all the trips for the entire duration of the holiday, and then immediately to the sea, the BLACK SEA. Yes, that's where I was able to take a deep breath. What a clean air. Upon arrival home, i. e. to the room. For a cup of oriental coffee in the room and with my husband on the balcony. After arriving from the sea, that day we were served a table for two people with candles, cold champagne in a bucket with ice, fruit slices and a lot of sweets and a bouquet of luxurious roses. Yes, I just melted, and almost regretted that I blurted out about my childhood in this hotel and about the wedding anniversary. All the same, this is personal and not everyone will be interested.
Yes, this is definitely not a hotel, but..... I don’t even know. Well, relatives will not even meet and court them. All the same, we are not yet accustomed to seeing such a service in Russia. Yes, it is in Russia. I just don’t see this country otherwise. It is a pity that there is no way to resolve the tension with Georgia. But while the politicians are arguing, we will rest. I won't say much, it's a lot. But the fact is that we were very happy with our and happy with our vacation. And most importantly, upon departure, we were not expected by any bills, unforeseen. And with a kind smile and a sincere offer, they invited us to the next year. And we are going in 2008 as well. Until the Olympics. And it turns out there in general we will get an apartment there. And we will go to the Olympics from HOME!
