Отличный отель и потрясающий вид из номера Great hotel and amazing view from the room

We rested in November 2020, a very cool cozy hotel with a private beach, where there are enough sunbeds for everyone, a clean beach, the water was of excellent temperature.
In terms of nutrition - they took breakfast / dinner, everywhere a buffet, the food is delicious, I am a vegetarian, there was a good choice: there were enough meat dishes, I really liked the desserts, the food is quite varied - fresh fruits and vegetables, warm salads, oriental dishes, once there were sushi, one evening of national cuisine was.
We had a room with a sea view on the side with a huge balcony, then we moved to a room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool and the sea (very nice)
Special thanks to all the staff and hotel management (manager Ahmed and Mr. Osama (director of guest service) - we had one extremely unpleasant situation (not related to the hotel in any way) and the level of help and support that we received is simply amazing. I where I have been but it was the best level of customer service. Thank you so much again!
