The hotel is very good, we did not regret our choice. I rate the hotel at 10, because it has 3 stars and lives up to its rating.
Why 3 stars? My considerations:
1. Because the rooms are rather small (the bed is huge! ) and are not intended for spending time in them, but exclusively for a night's rest.
2. Because it is located near the highway, the noise from which is very noticeable all 24 hours a day. The smell is not always felt, because because of the wind it spreads unevenly in different directions : -).
3. In addition, the music from entertainment venues on the 1st floor is very audible even on the 4th floor. View from the window - on a neighboring house. In short, these are 3 Emirates stars and period.

Another thing is cleaning and food. There are no questions here.
Cleaning - every day, no complaints.

Meals - we had half board, breakfast buffet, second table to choose from: lunch or dinner. We have never been to dinner, lunch is even nothing - a buffet of salads and appetizers, one soup, and a choice of any main course up to 50 dirhams. The portions are large, the quality is excellent. I recommend.
In the nearby "Emirates Mall" there is a supermarket "Carrefour", next to the hotel there is a supermarket "Lulu" (a little cheaper), even a very economical tourist will not die of hunger - food prices are not higher than in Kyiv.
The sockets in the rooms are "international", there is no need for adapters. Internet in the room is free (if through your own network cable), Wi-Fi - for money, quite expensive. The speed (over the network) is so-so, but Skype pulls.
If you are counting on a beach holiday, be prepared for the fact that signing up for a free bus will be problematic. Walking distance to the beach? I'm not a camel, of course you can walk, but pleasure? Not everyone will be able to sit on the shore until the return bus arrives. IMHO 15-17 dirhams for a taxi one way (to the free beach) can solve all problems. You can clubbing a big car for 5 people, it will be "budget". If you go to a free beach, it makes sense to buy a beach umbrella and mats in the nearest market (anyway, you need to pay extra for this on a paid one, this is not included in the cost of entering the territory). Such an investment pays off in 2-3 days, at the end of the trip all this can be left at the hotel or presented to new friends.
The quality of the water and the coast on a paid and free beach is no different. Don't dream about diving - Sea of Azov. . .
Conclusion: great hotel, good location, you get 100% service for your money.
But drinks, it's better to buy all the same in the market...
