The staff is polite and not intrusive, the security is not an eyesore at all, but in the evening, especially in the hotel, you just can’t go unnoticed from the beach, they “graze” strangers by 100%. In the main pool, the water is slightly salty, it can be seen that the sea is diluted with fresh water. But nice, the water temperature is 25-27 degrees. At sea water + 32. I swam only in the mornings in the sea. During the day a little dirty and very hot. You can't escape the heat in the water. During the day it is better to sleep even in the shade of palm trees, even in the room.
The room is decent, clean, cleaned daily several times, fruit in the room, chocolates in the evening and all that. TOTAL pluses - a decent hotel of its level. Even above average I would say. With Turkey (I was there in their 7-stars in Kemer) and all sorts of Egypt can not be compared.
MINUSES: This young Uzbek at guest service is a cunning freak. He offered to upgrade to a tower, like a 300 bucks more expensive room, more and all that. I decided to look first, but he gently insisted on filling out the questionnaire and settling in the room, like it was already 23-00 (we arrived late). As expected - they wanted to "split" (at the command of the management, of course) to a room in the TOWER with a view of the construction site! A sea view was ordered. Immediately checked was the "view from the balcony" and the rejection of such happiness. The question of the Uzbek "What do you not like? " was severely suppressed. Then, when meeting at the hotel, he was washed off from his eyes instantly.

ALCOHOL. The price tags for alcohol in the hotel are simply prohibitive. A can of beer 0.33 = 36 dir. = 10 USD! ! !
The same is true for bars and restaurants. Draft beer - not very ....I didn't like it, although I had to drink it too ....0.5 Amstel or Corona (Mexican) = 38 dirhs = more than 10 bucks. (A cup of coffee by the way = 26 dirh. = about 8 USD. ) It's just a guard! FOR THOSE WHO LOVE THIS BUSINESS - STORE ALCOHOL IN ADVANCE! ! !
