We checked into the hotel by accident, they mixed up our reservation at the office. We decided to stay, we definitely did not regret it. The look of the hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We settled in with a child, they didn’t even ask for a crib, they provided it themselves. Cleaning is done daily.

The main restaurant has a huge selection of dishes. It was delicious. It was a fish day, our child does not eat fish. Chef, noticed what I'm looking for. And especially for my baby I cooked pasta with sauce. I advise you to have dinner only in the main restaurant. Incredible romantic atmosphere, live music. Wi-fi works throughout the hotel. There is a children's area. Different types of pool. The beach is clean, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. In the evenings there are different types of entertainment. Every day is different. I would like to do something in the form of a survey of visitors, we liked karaoke, we would like to do it more often. The hotel is 2 hours from the city, but it's worth it. Anyone who thinks which hotel to choose. I recommend only here.

Cleaning twice a day, change of towels daily. The staff is very diligent, some understand Russian. The food is good, a wide variety of everything, regardless of the time of the meal. Of course, sitting in a hotel all the time is not about us. We are active people and often went to the city, because Dubai is such a beautiful place! When we got tired of walking, we decided to take excursions. They were afraid of stray guides, turned to the Shan Tours tour agency, it’s safer that way. For vacationers in Dubai, they provide individual tours, this is just what we needed! Traveled with a guide in a comfortable car. We looked and learned a lot of interesting things! No group tour compares! I highly recommend a vacation in the UAE, the place is excellent.

The old building is the Main building (now being renovated), the new buildings are Superior and Club Tower. The area around the hotel is gorgeous. The hotel has happy hours when alcoholic drinks are free for two hours.
