Just returned with a friend from Dubai, where we spent two weeks of vacation, and this trip will be remembered for a lifetime. We were looking for a hotel for a long time, and according to all the conditions, Rixos The Palm was preferred, and as it turned out, not in vain. When we arrived, literally in a matter of minutes we were placed in cozy, modernly decorated rooms with a view of the sea, which was very close by.

When we arrived, literally in a matter of minutes we were placed in cozy, modernly decorated rooms with a view of the sea, which was very close by. Special thanks to the most pleasant Mr. Beerles at the reception, a pro in his field. At the hotel, you could visit jumping on trampolines, aqua aerobics and yoga classes, so you didn’t have to be bored. But most of all we wanted to get to know the city and its sights better. Unfortunately, the prices for excursions offered by local guides are sky-high. The vacation turned out to be really cool, if we go to the UAE again, then only to this hotel to explore Dubai even better)

The room is good, everything in the hotel is great, wonderful. The territory is large, green, beautiful. I liked the beach, there is a closed area, no one except hotel guests can go there. The food was okay. There was nothing nearby, you need to leave the city. The staff at the hotel is 50% / 50%, there are some who are well treated, but not all of them are, this is the human factor.

This is not the Rixos advertised, I didn't like it at all. We chose this hotel by its name, as if it was supposed to be a super hotel. What we expected, we did not receive. It was like in some Turkish hotel and not even 5 stars. We arrived quite early, but we were not accommodated early. We had to wait anyway, as there were no seats.

This is not the Rixos advertised, I didn't like it at all. We chose this hotel by its name, as if it was supposed to be a super hotel. What we expected, we did not receive. It was like in some Turkish hotel and not even 5 stars. We arrived quite early, but we were not accommodated early. We had to wait anyway, as there were no seats. They gave me a completely normal room.
There was nothing at all outside the hotel, this is one hotel in that area and there was nowhere to go. We just drove off into the wilderness. The only way to get out was by taxi and it's a little expensive from there. The palm tree, as it were, is located at the end, it is far to get to the city and there is nothing nearby. There are only construction sites nearby. Of course, the nearest mules are far away, the free shuttles that deliver were always crowded. The beach seemed to be clean, the pools on the territory were heated. The food is a bit poor. When we were in other hotels, the food there was better.
I would like to warn other people not to fly to this hotel, because it is far away and there is no place to walk around. It is better to fly to Premium Rixos, at least it is closer to the city and there will already be shopping streets. Maybe with small children here you can relax, but if you sit all the time on the hotel grounds by the pools. But as for older children and other categories of people, then here they will be quite bored. There is no entertainment here, except for lying on sun loungers near the water. I didn't like it here. Resting in other hotels, although the price / quality matched. And here the price is too high, and the quality as such is not there.

Animation is a separate issue. Just great. All sorts of contests with gifts, games, drawing and many others. Children smile from ear to ear. At night they sleep like the dead. The animators are just great. Thank you for your activity. It is immediately obvious that they love their job and work with pleasure.
There is also live music.
The water at the sea and in the pools is clean. There are always enough sunbeds everywhere.
The food at the hotel is good and very varied, fish, lots of vegetables, oysters, fruits and many others. The food is very tasty.
The only thing I did not like was the overly expensive excursions from tour operators and hotel guides. But we were lucky we met a very nice guy. An amazing guide gave us an individual tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Everyone liked it very much!
There are many interesting facts not only about history and architecture, but also about the modern life of the UAE and its inhabitants. The beach is very large with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. They have always been free.
Volleyball was good. Two decent playgrounds with beach nets, hotel balls of excellent quality, animators convene volleyball players twice a day.
Nutrition. At home, we do not have the opportunity to go to restaurants every day, and to different ones, so we liked the food at the hotel. The food is quite varied, there were seafood (squid, shrimp and huge and small, all kinds of fish) and various types of meat and poultry.
Not all at once in one day, but there was always a huge selection. In the main restaurant, the staff really plows a lot. And some of them are hackneyed almost all. There was really a guy very smiling, friendly, I did not remember his name. Everyone, receiving tips, is very surprised and embarrassed - it is not clear, either they are not pampered, or the artists. Once we went to an Italian restaurant - it seemed not very good, and ate exclusively in the main one.
Departure. They brought a letter to the room in advance with the time of departure and everything worked out great.

Rixos the palm made me very happy, the same Turkish chic, only in a measured mode. Responsive staff (there is a Russian-speaking), you can solve any issue, and the nerves will be calm. The guys try everywhere: at the reception, in bars, in a restaurant, even cleaning at a height, etc. It’s a pity that I don’t know everyone by name. If you come to the beach (at any time) you will definitely be helped to find a sunbed and move it to where you want. The waiters serve even in the far corners of the beach (tea, coffee), I especially want to highlight Jemal, a smiling guy, he is smart! Not enough only for Russian children mashed potatoes. Because we eat sooo much here, for the first time I went to sports, a very interesting combo jumping (I hope the correct name). Fitness trainer Evgenia is excellent, we spent all 3 workouts with her today, so I’ll leave the extra pounds from such wonderful food here, and we’ll take away a great mood and a good figure! I enjoyed my stay with you, only prosperity and keep up with the times !!! !

Children are always supervised, they have their own reception, they give out badges with the room number and the phone number of their parents. A really interesting mini-club for children, which is run by Russian-speaking staff. For adults, there is also entertainment, I attended yoga and zumba. There are no complaints about nutrition! Turkish network, which means a celebration of the stomach. Take only two meals a day or all inclusive, breakfast is not enough, and the menu in the restaurant for lunch / dinner will be more expensive. Previously, I met complaints about the stagnant smell of water on a palm tree, but I personally did not encounter this. . Another good hotel on the palm tree "Anantara the palm", but more suitable for a romantic getaway and for lovers of Thailand. Our children were bored there, but they are completely delighted with Rixos!

We tried Kangoo jumps and were pleasantly surprised by the ease after the run. A wonderful opportunity to keep fit during the holidays.
