I’ll start from the beginning, the hotel doesn’t pull 5 stars, maximum 3, for Russian-speaking people staying at this hotel is quite difficult, the Russian-speaking guide appeared once and apart from selling expensive excursions to tourists did nothing, I myself eventually bought Burj Khalifa tickets on the site much cheaper, what happened to pay with a Russian card, the voucher came to the post office and without queues we went on a tour, the staff does not speak Russian at all, there is no information in the rooms either about the time of meals, or about the departure time to the Malls, or about the opening hours swimming pool, just awful, at the reception from the information only the departure times of buses to the Malls and only in English, in general, who cannot speak and read English at least somehow staying at the hotel is just a real test, I saw it myself, I can communicate in English and for me it was not difficult to stay in this hotel, there is a long queue for breakfast, there are clearly not enough places, but the food is not bad, the guide is not attentive and does not provide any information, he is only interested in selling tickets for excursions, the guide's name is Mustafa, he does not inform about changing the time of the tour, when there was a return transfer to the airport, if I hadn’t started walking and asking where the transfer was, no one would have said that the car was under the hotel, although we were waiting at the entrance, the driver arrived and didn’t tell me at all seems to be in english
. Room with blocked windows, do not open the horror is simple, dampness in the room. But the room is cleaned every day. The staff at the entrance offers an expensive private taxi, although in this country you can not ride a private taxi, for understanding they offer almost 4 times more expensive than it is. With me, the woman forgot her iPhone in a taxi and the staff at the hotel did not provide any help and did not even call the police, although the taxi drove away from the entrance to the hotel and the cameras 100 percent filmed the car number, we rode the metro and walked ourselves, so the vacation was a success, the beach is nearby , and here's another nuisance, when they bought a tour, the transfer to the sea was included in the price, you can say it was the key when buying a tour, upon check-in we were told that there was no transfer to the sea and we had to take a taxi, with such an expensive cost of 5 stars and there is no transfer to the sea, although I saw that there is a transfer even in 4 stars. This is a big minus, and the site still has infa that there is a transfer.
