We rested in this hotel in January 2013, really liked the location of the hotel and just the entrance to the metro in front of the hotel is very convenient. Upon check-in, there was an English-speaking girl, but I had no problems with the language and after 15 minutes we were in a room overlooking the Burj Khalifa, having previously asked about it. The room is comfortable and cozy, my girlfriend lacked ceiling lighting, such lighting did not bother me. The beds are very comfortable, the bed was changed daily, an iron and a board were brought on request, a tea set was replenished daily, bath accessories too, but for some reason in one copy, although the employees know that there are two in the room. We had half board, the breakfasts are good and, in principle, you can diversify them yourself, although the set of products is the same, but the dinners are wonderful, everything is very tasty, especially pastries and desserts. Transfer to the beach daily at 10 am, there were many seats on the bus, pick up at 4 pm, I think it is very inconvenient, even in winter, preferably at 2 pm. We never went to the mall. The pool is simply amazing, there are quite a lot of people who want to be there in winter, sometimes there were not enough sunbeds, but this is probably only in winter
