I would like to share my impressions of the Rixos The Palm Dubai hotel. I chose the hotel for a long time, due to the fact that there are not so many reviews of the new hotel, but those that are quite contradictory !! ! After a detailed study of all the comments, the choice was made in favor of Rixos, especially since we had to visit this hotel chain and we were very satisfied!!!
So, I will try to objectively tell about the most important points:
Accommodation:

We went to Dubai at the end of December. We flew well, except for passport and visa control (I had to stand in a huge queue for 1.5 hours). We arrived at the hotels at 6 pm. We were greeted with a smile and refreshing drinks. In the hall there was a huge decorated Christmas tree, Santa Claus's sleigh with a team of reindeer - everything is very beautiful!! ! Placed quickly, the room was given on the third floor with a beautiful view of the sea and the Burj Al Arab. We had 2 adults + 1 child, but the room had one large bed, and for a child, apparently, a bed was not provided!? ! It was unpleasant, but they decided not to change the number, they agreed that they would bring extra. sleeping place. After a while they brought a folding bed and the issue was resolved.
Apparently, for the inconvenience caused, later they brought us a compliment from the hotel with a bottle of champagne, fruit and dessert!!!
The room itself is spacious, the interior is made in chocolate and vanilla tones, a large bathroom. A huge bed with snow-white linen, a large TV, a refrigerator, a table with two chairs - everything you need for a comfortable stay was available.
Housekeeping is good, sometimes cleaned twice a day!! ! Towels are white and clean, also changed daily!!!
Location:
The hotel is located on the famous bulk palm tree, at its very end. Therefore, if you come to Dubai for shopping, entertainment in the city itself, excursions, then the location of the hotel will not seem the best, as the permanent route hotel-city-hotel may seem tedious and very costly.
If you are interested in a beach holiday, then the location of the hotel offers a beautiful view of the city with its skyscrapers, the famous Burj Al Arab hotel (sailboat) - aesthetic pleasure is guaranteed!! ! Dubai looks especially beautiful at night!
I can say for myself that we went to Dubai several times for excursions and shopping (by the way, a bus to the city runs from the hotel for free at certain hours), and we didn’t feel much discomfort.
Nutrition:
The food is good, the restaurant is small, cozy with outdoor terraces. The food was delicious, but I expected more from Rixos in Dubai, I wanted more refined dishes, since meat and chicken in different versions are served in any decent hotel, but fish dishes and seafood were not enough. The range is also not impressive!
All drinks (in my opinion, except water) for lunch and dinner are paid, the prices for red wine are from 2200 rubles. (250-300 dirhams) per bottle, beer from 340 rubles. (40 dirhams).
Territory:
The territory of the hotel is small, but very cozy and well-groomed!! ! Around flowers, palm trees, green grass - everything is pretty nice!! ! Nice pool with warm water.
Children:

For children, there is Rixy Club, where they work with children all day long, and in the evening there is a disco and watching cartoons. Upon check-in, children are given a children's passport, a large coloring book, and in the room, a towel and Rixy slippers, in my opinion, are very cool!!!
Entertainment:
During our stay, I watched water aerobics in the pool, invited to yoga, in the evenings live music around the pool, at night there was a disco.
Service and Staff:
A huge plus of the hotel is the Russian-speaking staff. No matter where you are in the hotel, staff who speak Russian well will always come to the rescue.
All questions and problems that we had during our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai were quickly and competently resolved by the staff.
Sea and beach:
The beach is large and quite long. The beach is full of sun loungers, beach beds and private areas with white canopies.
The mattresses on the sun loungers are dirty, but this problem is solved with the help of beach towels, which are issued in unlimited quantities.
There is not too much sand, and on the way to the water there are small shells, so I advise you to get to the water in slates, especially for children.
The sea is excellent - clean, warm, incredible emerald color!!!
In general, the hotel is good and worthy, but without enthusiasm !! ! The Rixos chain positions itself as a luxury holiday, but Rixos The Palm Dubai, in my opinion, falls short of a luxury holiday!! !
