КОШМАР!!! NIGHTMARE!!!

I was in this nightmare!!! ! Vacation ruined. There were several other Russian-speaking tourists with us, and they were also all in shock. Firstly, this is not 3 but 2 stars (2 stars are hanging at the entrance to the hotel), in front of this hotel there is a three-star hotel, the difference is enormous. Probably every hotel can find flaws, but I could not imagine that there were as many of them as here: 1. Deception with food (bought breakfast and dinner, got lunch instead of dinner from 13 to 15 hours). Deception in the category of the hotel (bought as 3 stars - got 2). 2. There are constant problems with hot water in the room, sometimes it is barely warm, sometimes boiling water, but always a trickle from the tap barely runs, there is no pressure. 3. If the phone rings in the next room, it will definitely wake you up (there is no noise isolation), + the sound of the elevator, the steps of the neighbors along the corridor, etc. 4. You will not be able to decide for yourself when to turn on and turn off the air conditioner since there is no control unit in the room, it hangs in the corridor under lock and key and is responsible for 3 rooms at once. Because of him, we didn’t sleep for 2 nights in a row, woke up in the middle of the night from a terrible cold (10 degrees). They fought with neighbors, Indians who constantly asked the administration to make it cold, and we asked to turn it off. The administration turned them on, and turned them off for us, and so for 2 nights in a row until I sealed all the air ducts tightly with adhesive tape. Because of this mess with air conditioners, all our fellow countrymen and my wife and I got sick (fever, runny nose, cough). The windows in the room do not open, there is no balcony (this is for those who smoke). 5. The rooms are very dirty, they clean very badly and not every day, they don’t dust the floors, they just sweep and don’t wash them, towels were brought with holes, sometimes one for two. The bus takes you to the beach for free, but only once a day (there at 9 from there at 13). You can take a taxi about 100 hryvnia in both directions. 6. The food is monotonous, from drinks, only water. There are no Russian-language channels. 7. You won’t be able to fall asleep below the 5th floor (a disco and a karaoke bar on the lower floors rumble). If still possible, I advise you to change the hotel, even if you have to pay extra. We first bought vouchers, then read reviews similar to my review and did nothing, which we greatly regretted, as you understand !! !
