When I was going to go to this hotel, I did not find any reviews in Russian about it. For some reason it is not often offered. Now, upon arrival, his tour operator Capital Tour does not have it in the list of proposed hotels.
I don’t undertake to give a positive or negative assessment, I just want to provide information that I myself once needed. In general, I am very satisfied with the rest.
Firstly, it is a deuce, although the tour operator sells it as a triple.
Located in the Deira area. It is easy to get from there to any part of the city both by metro and by bus. The nearest metro station is Union in 7-10 minutes on foot. Although with such a well-developed public transport in Dubai, you can easily get from anywhere you want. It is better to buy a card in the subway - the cost of the card itself is 6 dirhams and replenish it through the terminals or at metro stations and use it to take the metro and the bus.

The beach bus carries free every day from 9.30. Picks up at 12.30. The tour operator also could not say whether they carry to the beach. Mamzar Beach in Deira - entrance 5 dirhams. The first day we were late back to the bus, we had to take a taxi for 25 dirhams. Although then we saw that there was a bus stop nearby. I don't know what buses run and whether they will take you to the hotel. But if you want to save money on a taxi with one transfer, you can definitely get to the hotel.
One of the best things about this hotel is the very friendly staff. But it is desirable to know at least a little English - they do not speak Russian. The hotel itself did not seem old. The plumbing and the room itself are quite decent in terms of cleanliness and repair. In Egypt, in the top three, I saw much worse, which is not entirely pleasant, somehow you can’t relax when there is dirt and old plumbing all around.
A small minus is that you cannot set the desired temperature in the room yourself. Climate - they have one control for 4 rooms. If you want more or less temperature, you call the reception, a person comes and regulates the temperature in the corridor.
Another downside is the food. We had half board - breakfast and lunch. There is no supper. The downside is that not only is it meager and monotonous, I don’t know what is considered normal for a deuce. And the fact that the kitchen is not at all designed for Europeans. The cook was probably Chinese and, accordingly, all the food is specific. If for breakfast you could eat from the usual food - sausages, eggs, muesli with milk, then it was more difficult with lunch.

There were probably 3 meat dishes - in principle, good - you will not stay hungry. But it was impossible to eat them, some were spicy, others very spicy. Sometimes it happened that meat normally peppered would come across. And it often happened that it was not possible to eat all the dishes, having eaten a piece - then you washed it down with water. Although they look pretty appetizing. I think for the time being they will not cook something for the Russians. There were few of us - a maximum of 8 people for the whole hotel. But we didn’t suffer much from this - we missed more than half of the dinners, having gone on excursions or ourselves somewhere in the city. If funds allow you, you can eat nearby in restaurants or eateries. If you want to save money, there are two supermarkets nearby. You can buy and eat in the room. By the way, there is an electric kettle.
Another minus - there is a disco downstairs at night, either Filipino or Indian. You can probably hear it on the first and second floors. We were on the third - it didn’t really interfere.
In general, I think you can normally relax in this hotel. So, enjoy your holiday.
