But I want to leave a review about the hotel itself, because the cuisine there is very good. area is rich. There are some bureaucratic hitches they have, which we are now dealing with (this applies to the deposit). There were, of course, nuances in the hotel. We had a double room, but we were accommodated as 2 adults + 1. For a child, a folding sofa was offered, which is suitable for a child who is 4 years old, if the child is younger, he can simply fall off this sofa at night. I had to remind them to bring water to the room. There are also points that the representatives of the tour operator do not voice. . For example, if breakfast is included in the tour, and on this day the tourist leaves for an excursion and requests a day in advance to provide this breakfast in the room or take it with him on the road, they must arrange this. The food itself on site is quite expensive, pasta costs about 450 UAH, it’s not very comfortable to buy dinner for that kind of money before leaving for the airport, for example. And they do not have the function of transferring dinner from one day to another. There is a nuance that the hotel is not suitable for hypertensive patients, as it is located in the mountains. Without taking into account these nuances, I want to say that they clean the swimming area very well, until they clean it they don’t let them in, they clean the sand on the beach, they give out towels every day, there are enough sun loungers. There is a lot of sports entertainment there, but there is no evening animation, maybe some kind of exercise in the pool in the morning, or karaoke for 30 minutes in the evening, in general. Another point is that there are a lot of spicy dishes, so you need to ask and follow this, as it will not suit children. At the same time, you can pick up food for a child, the choice is large, as I already wrote, the cuisine is rich, and meat, and fish, and there was a lot of everything. The territory is beautiful, clean, well-groomed, there are lifeguards on every corner. The hotel is of a very high standard. Many local tourists come for the weekend to this hotel. We took a tour from the guide, we had an excellent guide Elena, she tells very interesting things. Another important point, when checking into a hotel, you need to make a deposit, this is a certain amount that you need to pay depending on what type of food is chosen, this is in case something is additionally ordered at the hotel from food. You can pay this amount in cash, for the three of us it came out to about 150 dollars, and if you pay this amount to them in dollars. they return the difference on the last day in their local currency, which you will not have time to spend there. . this is not such a pleasant moment, so we decided to pay by bank transfer. As it turned out, payment by bank transfer is also not the best option, since we still cannot return this money, we are waiting for a solution to this issue.
