We went as a family with two children - the flight was transferred normally, the transfer was individual and in 40 hours they took us to the hotel. The only thing was that the speed was 120 - 130 km/h, the road was different from ours and it didn't bother us. Upon arrival at the hotel, they brought us juice and chilled towels - this is a class !!! , but they immediately spoiled the mood with an additional payment for a room with a balcony, we refused and they settled us. The service is very helpful and polite, tips are not taken. With knowledge of English there is no language problem at all. The Gulf of Oman was clean for a few days out of 10, then we washed off oil spills, but we were warned about this - there’s nothing terrible, they left a swimsuit as a keepsake for the Arabs !! ! the kids are all right. I advise a trip to the water park, but if you take a taxi or rent a car, the prices from Natalie Tours are unreasonably expensive !!! ! (even considering the desire to earn money - cheating is almost 70%). I advise the hotel for families with children without the desire to shop in Dubai - it takes 2 hours to go there and there is no reason with small children. Nutrition - few fruits - fruit salad "tired", a lot of canned fruit - we also have this, eggs for breakfast, rice for lunch.
