We rested at the hotel from January 10 to January 20.2013 with a child of 2.5 years.
I really liked the hotel! The room is just huge. The room is about 30 square meters and the bathroom is another fifteen meters: a separate shower room, a separate toilet and a separate bathroom. Panoramic sea view from the window. Very beautiful finish. All furniture is new. Great KIDS CLUB. Perhaps the best of all where we were and what we saw in the prospectuses. It consists of an enclosed space, a complex of water slides, a large children's playground in a huge sandbox, tracks for riding cars and bicycles, as well as a corner with sunbeds and umbrellas for adults. The staff in the club is Russian-speaking. The POOL is just good, I can’t give any special comments on it. BEACH is great, sand. However, I think that in the high season there may be problems with sunbeds. In January, free sunbeds could be found, but to find two nearby, you had to walk around and look. The sea is clean, but there were jellyfish. They are not visible in the water, but they sting painfully, like nettles. I liked the FOOD, but my wife didn't. She doesn't like spicy food. Even European dishes are prepared in an Asian manner. It tastes good to me, not so much to my wife, although she did not remain hungry either. The breakfast is very good, the dinner is also varied: a lot of seafood, different types of meat, fruits, etc. SERVICE in the hotel, kids club, main restaurant and Italian restaurant is excellent, but I did not like it at the pool bar. It seems that newcomers were trained there before the season: the service is long, they confuse everything and behave in a strange way, then everyone rushes to you, then they don’t want to notice at all. The TERRITORY is small, but beautiful, everything is clean and comfortable. ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM EVERY EVENING. The performing girls tried very hard, but it was all more like an amateur performance, rather than a professional performance. By the way, these were the same girls who do water aerobics during the day and work in the kids club. During the day they worked very well, maybe they were already tired by the evening. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. Suitable for a quiet family vacation. Lots of Russian speaking staff. It is better to take AL, as the drinks are very expensive. But you can buy juices and water at the gas station store across the street. In January it was slightly cool 25-27 degrees, the sea 24-26 degrees. One day it was cloudy. Sunbathing and swimming is fine, but getting in and out of the water is cold. The outdoor pool is not heated and the water in it is much colder than in the sea. After bathing, the child had to be warmed by wrapping in a towel. When we arrived, my son had a slight runny nose, but after a day it went away. You can diversify your vacation with shopping trips. From the hotel 5 times a week a free shuttle bus runs to Fujairah and 2 times a week to Dubai. In Fujairah for half a day, in Dubai for the whole day. We went there and there. I really enjoyed the trip to Dubai, but 6 hours in the shops is too little, and 5 hours on the bus is too much. In general, I really liked the hotel and the rest in the UAE. We will definitely go again and most likely to the same hotel!
